Skylar lights up as Mika agrees. They really are having a tea party! She is especially delighted to be Alice as well. The light blue dress fits her whole aesthetic perfectly. She cannot wait to see Mika in a mad hatter outfit, too! Her mind is practically bursting from ideas for the ball.
"Alrighty then, it's a plan!" Skylar chirps. "First, we can go to Diagon Alley and look around for fun! Maybe even buy some outfits for our tea party. Then we can throw a tea party by the Great Lake and pretend to be Alice and the Mad Hatter. Of course, with my stuffed bunny as the ever iconic white rabbit."
Skylar hums to herself as another idea comes to mind. "We would have to prepare for the tea party though. And it is unlikely the stores in Diagon Alley will sell dresses and suits made specifically for Wonderland. How about we make our costumes and the tea party decorations, too? I do not know where we can do it, but I feel that would be really fun. We can add our own elements of whimsy to our things! Like a little craft session. But first, Diagon Alley! We can shop for supplies and inspiration there!" She concludes. Skylar grins at Mika as the plan they thought of is finally rolling into motion. They are really doing this.
"Cheers to our very first ball!"

To Go or Not to Go
I hummed in agreement.
"Alright, so... diagon alley, then tea party, then ball..." I muttered, adding the side tasks to my mental list of things to do: Write the weekly letter, finish the astronomy homework, take a nap, finish my plate of food, finish 'little woman'... diagon alley, tea party, ball.
Not in that exact same order, though.
'So this is what having a friend feels like' I thought, as Sky kept yapping about the ball and all the things we could do together. Then, we talked about the classes, our teachers, the ball again, the tea party...
My mind was racing.
As I finished my plate (mentally taking the side task out of my daily mind list), I thought about the ball.
It was my greatest worry at this point. What if I embarrassed myself? Mom never taught me how to go to this kind of events.
Worse of all, what if I embarrassed Sky? I got nauseous just by thinking about it. No. I had to be strong. I had to find a way to get rid of my social anxiety.
And maybe, just maybe, if this one ended well, I'd go to another one. I can't be that bad, right?
