With a length of 28.1 cm, this wand is ideal
in the hands of inventors and innovators.
Made of chestnut wood with a dragon heartstring,
it is inflexible, and incredibly docile when handled properly.
Chestnut Wood:Chestnut wood is attracted to those
with natural talents, like flying, herbology, and taming wild beasts.
Dragon Heartstring:Wands with a dragon heartstring at it's core are among the most powerful,
being capable of the most flamboyant spells.
While they can change allegiance to their original master,
they bond strongly with their current owner.
The dragon wand is the easiest to turn to the dark arts,
but it will not do so of its own accord. It is also the most prone to accidents,
being somewhat temperamental.
While Julia is yet to summon a patronus,
she hopes to summon a Mongrel Dog.
While it is certainly not the prettiest animal,
it is, in her opinion, the most respectable.
The Mongrel Dog's ancestry isn't known, but that means
it has nothing but itself to define it.
It is intelligent, like her, energetic, and good-natured.
And with the Mongrel Dog as her patronus,
Julia can know for a fact that she will have a loyal friend by her side.

Appearance Through The Years
As a child, Julia was a chubby little thing, weighing in at 7 lbs at birth.
She grew in size at a brisk pace, as well as gaining hair within a few months.
Her hair and eyes were very light during this time, and she had no voice to be described,
other than very high squeals and cries.
Julia's features had grown darker, with longer hair.
She had lost her baby fat, and at the age of 7, she was 4'1" and weighed 45 lbs.
Her voice could be described as a high-pitched and nasally.
This is Julia's current age. Her hair had grown lighter with exposure to the sun,
as well as a small tan to surface on her skin.
At this point, she is 5'0" and weighs 79 lbs.
Her voice can be described as soft and even a little monotone,
but it gets really high and loud when she is hyper.

Personality
Julia is a child with an active mind and body. She is extremely competitive, and takes pride in being the best she can be. She exercises daily, and is a very studious student, although she lacks in the social department. She can also be very blunt, preferring honesty over the preservation of another's "feelings".

History Before Hogwarts
Julia was born in Birkenhead, where she has lived her whole life. Born to a librarian named Harley and a crime scene investigator named Peter, Julia had learned very quickly to think logically. She had known immediately that she was a witch, as she was pure-blood, but she didn’t expect the way her magic would come out. She had gotten into an argument with another child in her town, a muggle, whom she had always disliked. Although it had gotten a lot more heated than usual (or heated for children that young. It was basically them calling each other stupid back and forth.) The argument halted when the kid fell to the ground, laughing. He claimed that something was tickling him, although Julia wrote it off as him being the weirdo he was. Although the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance did not do the same.
