AUDITION RP- Turnout Dance club

Elowin was excited. She had seen a poster for Turnout dance club. She had a lot of dance experience and had immediately wanted to sign up. She sent an owl to Riley asking her if she could join and recieved the following one:
Hello Elowin,
I would like to inform you about Turnout Dance Club auditions. They will take place in the club area, at 6:00 pm, tomorrow. Please be there no earlier nor later. If you would like, you may prepare a piece to preform. Please arrive in the proper attire.

Elowin was really excited. Tonight was the night of the auditions and she had prepared a routine for them. Her routine was really good she thought. When she preformed it to Riley she kept it in her mind. Plié, Plié, Tendu, Tendu, Relevé, jeté, Rond de Jambe in the air, Devéloppé, Leap, so on.

A few weeks after Elowin recieved the following owl:
Hello Elowin,
I would like to inform you that you have been accepted for Turnout dance club! I will update you on meeting times, thanks for auditioning.

Elowin yeeped in joy! Eeee! That meant Riley had accepted her as assistant teacher! Yay! So yeah, Elowin had got the post and all but she was completely baffled on how to teach people! But in Elowins excitement she ran to the dormitory and write a letter to her dear papa!

Hey papa! How are you? I am great! I am really pleased currently because I have gotten accepted to a dance club called Turnout dance club. It is run by a girl called Riley Bluescar. I think mother knows her mother. Give Cora, fiddlesticks and mother my love.

YES this is what i've been waiting for. I've loved dance ever since I was 4 in Hampstead. I remember my dance teacher saying I could have gone to many prestigious ballet and contemporary competitions. It was such a shame when I told her I had to quit. But I'm happy that now there was a dance club! I arrived by the club room at 6:00 pm sharp. I decided to wear a leotard and some lyrical shoes. I did my hair in a slick back pony tail and walked into the room. "Hi I'm here to audition for Turnout Dance Club." I said while walking into the room. I was going to do a lyrical piece. My song was called, I Have a Dream. From Mamma Mia. Its one of my favorite muggle movies. I was pretty proud because I choreographed the entire dance myself. I stood in the corner waiting for the music to start. "I have a dream, a song to sing" I started dancing. I got so lost in the music I actually forgot I auditioned until I got the owl. font=cursive]

I made it. I had become the lyrical teacher at Hogwarts. It surprised me how much a 1st year can do.

Has Denise officially lost her mind? Denise didn't know. She has never danced, no professional training (well, that's rather expensive), nothing. But Denise was convinced to try something new, and so she did.

After much debate on which dance piece to audition with, Denise ultimately chooses Runaway by Aurora, with a lyrical dance style. While Denise's technique is rather horrible, it was a beginner-friendly dance and was also lyrical, meaning that expressing the emotions and sentiments of the song is given more importance, which Denise can easily do.

The founder of the Turnout Dance Club was Riley Bluescar, a first-year Ravenclaw. After OWL'ing Riley, she got the following response...

Well, hopefully, Riley would consider some old leggings and a tank top as proper dancing attire. Denise walked in, a little nervous and scared, and saw a bunch of other people, most of whom looked like first-years.

When it was Denise's turn, she nervously walked up, doing her best, making sure to be expressive. Afterwards, Denise wobbled outside, feeling nervous; she didn't do it as perfectly as she wanted, which made her feel disappointed.

A week later, Denise received an OWL, which ironically knocked over her glass of water all over her shirt. Sighing, Denise opened it and saw...

What... she got in? Denise was shocked. Even though her piece was simple, she still got in. Denise couldn't believe it and folded the letter back carefully. Wow... maybe anything is possible.

Dance Piece: Esmerelda Variation (With Tambourine)

Mollie took her time walking to the owlery, not expecting anything to be for her. She glanced around at all of the beautiful architecture of the castle. Her footsteps echoed in the small, empty hallway leading to the owlery. She opens the owlery door and is met with dozens of different types of owls.
"Oh, hello," she says, greeting the owls.
She goes to flip through a pile of letters, but pauses when she sees one with her name. She was confused, but also excited to see something with her name on it. She opened the letter and began to read it.

Hello Mollie,

A smile came across her face. She had always loved dancing, so she was excited that she would be able to audition for a dance club. She squealed in excitement. She began to go back to her dorm to write to her family.

Dear family,
I'm so excited to tell you the good news! I love Hogwarts so far it's absolutely amazing. Now, for the even better news; I got invited to audition for a dance club! I'm very excited to audition, you guys know how much I love dancing. My audition is today, and then after, I'll get to know if I got in! Wish me luck!

After Mollie sends her letter off, she begins to think about what style of dance she should do. She decided to do a variation en pointe. She laced up her pointe shoes and starts going through the steps of Esmerelda a ballet variation on pointe involving a tambourine. She already knew the variation quite well, but decided to go over it just in case. She checked the time and realized she had to go, it was time to audition.

Mollie enters the club area, eager to audition. She sits down and laces up her pointe shoes, as she had done many times before. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Mollie's name was called in.
Mollie introduced herself, then she began to perform. She hit every move perfectly, and every step was precise. After her audition, Mollie was proud of herself, especially after a few girls complimented her on her ballet skills.

A few days later, Mollie received another letter from the leader of the dance club.

I would like to inform you that you have been accepted for Turnout dance club! I will update you on meeting times, thanks for auditioning.

She had been accepted! She couldn't believe it. She was so excited to start dancing, something she's loved doing he entire life.

On a random Thrusday evening Topaz got a note and it said this, Topaz had asked Riley Bluescar if she could join and audition because she loved dance, but since Topaz hadn't danced in a while, she was scared but she practiced that day by going over steps she was confused on and just reviewing last minute things. When Topaz was 6, she had just started dancing, she took dance lessons every single day until high school. She loved it so much and it was an amazing passion of hers. However, as she got busier and busier, she didn't have time to and she had many classes to attend. So when she heard about this chance to get back into one of her favorite hobbies she didn't want to turn down this opportunity.

Then the next day was auditions day. Topaz was scared but she knew she would do well after she practiced. She was performing a contemporary to the song The Greatest by Billie Eilish.

While Topaz was waiting for her turn she was getting ready, put her shoes on, and taking a quick sip of water. When it was her turn, she started counting as soon as the music started, "5, 6, 7, 8". In her head, she kept saying "tendu", "piourette", "reach wide", " fall", "ball change" and there were so much more things going across her mind. In the end, Topaz felt that she did pretty well and was proud of herself.
Topaz jumped up and down and busted out with joy. Topaz was really happy and super excited to join the Turnout Dance Club. This also meant she could start meeting new people/making more friends, and just being apart of a club filled with people who she shares the same passion for.
