A delicate face belonging to a small, willowy girl peeks out from under her pointed Witch hat. Her countenance is sweet and almost fragile, like a cultivated flower. It is immediately obvious she has led a pampered life. Even so, her smile is inviting. By no means would she stand out in a crowd but if you locked eyes with her, and she sent you a smile, you'd remember her.

Blood Status: Half-Blood—Muggle father, Pure-Blood mother
Personality: Ambitious, Blunt, Observant, Adaptive, Hardworking, Self-centered
HISTORY ❧Due to her half-blood lineage, Felicity grew up living in both the magical realm and the muggle world. Her family spent the first ten years of her life travelling across the continents.
The first time Felicity displayed magic was rather embarrassing. She'd been so upset that she couldn't learn to bike that she'd thrown a tantrum and subsequently swollen her feet to the size of balloons. Her mother, being pure-blood, recognised the transformation for what it was: accidental magic. Horrified at the result, Felicity never threw another tantrum again.
It was her mother's idea for the family to return to England, Felicity's birthplace, so that Felicity could pursue her magical education at Hogwarts. Felicity agreed.
Felicity is driven and has high ambitions of becoming a skilled potions master. She has great expectations of Hogwarts, having heard glowing praise of the school, and is determined to make use of its resources as much as possible. But, for now, she's a spritely 11-year-old excited to explore a castle and make new friends.
More of her backstory will only be revealed upon request or through RPing!

Was it lonely where she was now? It certainly didn't feel that way for Felicity. She was so close to acquiring that award she'd yearned for. Of course, there was only one thing in her way left and a small part of her regretted that things turned out this way for them. In another life, perhaps they could have remained friends.

ReducioAs Felicity learned more of the magical world, it came to her attention that she had advantages gifted to her through birth.
Summers she spent at her father's sumptious estate in Muggle Rome learning more of potions from her mother and each fall, when she returned to Hogwarts, Felicity grew more disillusioned with her peers. She had large dreams. Was it so bad if she did whatever it took for her to achieve greatness? To limit herself to Wizarding Britain was constricting.

HOME ❧Mother: Thicker than thieves, Felicity's mother showed her the wonders of potions and magic. Her mother is a skilled healer that travels to various wizarding hospitals but grew up with her Pure-Blood family in China.
Father: Felicity's father dotes on her as his only child and showers her with gifts. A rich Muggle man, he frequently uses his connections to provide for their family. He knows of magic.
Cousin: From her mother's side, Felicity is close to some of her cousins. Plot to be filled.
