ReducioHello, my name is Cecilia, and I am from Italy. I love Harry Potter world since when I was 10 (and now I am 35yo).
I am shy person, but also very kind with others.
My character is in part a self insert, and in part a interpretation of my main character in my WIP long novel.
Don’t be afraid to write me for all needs.
I am neurodivergent (AuDHD) and with chronic illness. This can make me sometimes slow, but I will try my best, because I love this place.

Physical Description: Reducio
She has blond hair, pretty short and messy. Part of them cover her pale blue eyes. Her skin is pale, and she is pretty short and skinny. People are often confused, because they don't understand well if she is a female or a male. This makes her ashamed, but she doesn't want make her hair longer because thinks that her hair looks bad, so is better keep them not too long. |

She were living with her grandmother. Her mother is from a not pure blood family, and her father is the same. They are often in Africa because they study about some magic creatures there. She is without siblings. She was sending to study at muggle school, since her grandmother is a muggle too (she is the mother of her mother - so she knows about magic world, even if in a summary way), and didn't have the opportunity to deliver her something different. Gaia always tried to get new friends, but she had only few friendship, with not really deep interaction. She felt like she was living between two worlds: she was really hoping to have her first instance of Magic, because she admire her parents, but also she is really close to muggle world, since she almost always lived with them, etc. She felt herself always disconnected by others. This makes her sad, sometimes. She always was a good student, but don't know much about magic world. She is a great player of chess, and spend a lot of time studying strategies and playing. Her grandmother taught her the game. Gaia is very bonded to her, because practically she grew up at her house. Gaia always missed her parents, anyway. She desires they could stay at home more often. |
First Instance of Magic: Reducio Her first magic happened when she was five. She was forced to eat the dinner, but she didn't want the meat, preferring a sweet instead. Her grandmother was forcing her to eat, and she made explode the plate with all the food she disliked. |

She is pretty introvert person, and doesn't talk about herself easily and with everyone. She loves read, write, and play magic chess. She would love to have a close friend, but she is not good with social interactions. She would love to play Quidditch, but she is afraid of highs, so prefer to watch matches, instead of play. She loves run, and stay with animals, with the nature. |

Gaia started to notice something, when she was really young - maybe eight years old -, people around her, if nervous or angry, started to talk with more calm tone and kind words.
She always hated conflicts. She couldn’t stand them, neither when she wasn’t involved. Hear people saying bad things each other, feeling their rage or pain, always made her upset and extremely tired. When her tiredness arrived to be so strong to make her fall asleep, like fainted, people stopped to be angry between them, and not only because they were worried for the kid, no.
Something odd was happening.
Something, like a sweet smell, started to be all around them, and this made their hearts calmer.
With time, Gaia understood how to don’t faint every time, but anyway every conflict always made her suffer a lot, at that point that she wanted disappear from the world, and be immersed into the nature, where nobody would found her.
This intense wish, often had the effect to calm people around her, with the kind smell of many flowers.
She wasn’t aware of her ability.
She had only a strong wish: people around her deserve to live in peace.
And she was feeling also guilty and selfish. She had in heart the sake of these people, of course, but more than everything, she need to that for survive.
Gaia has a kind soul and is very empathetic. This makes her very sensitive to fights and bad feelings, even when she is not involved. Gaia suffers inside her mind and heart, and so, for surviving, her mind, or her heart, or something else, gifted her the ability to make, somehow, people calmer.
This always costed to Gaia a lot of energies…
But with time she started to endure, for not faint in front of others. But anyway, always, after that, she needed a long nap, for recover, mentally and physically.
When she arrived to Hogwarts, she understood how much was important for her put some barriers. Too many kids, too many problems, too many in general.
Stay at Hogwarts was for her a beautiful thing, but also really exhausting because of that.
At that point she didn’t faint anymore. But during her first days at school, always went to sleep early, trying to recovery energies: from lessons, socialising, homework, and… that.
With time she was sure will be able to understand more how to control it, because make people feel better is one of her dreams.

Gaia loves a lot her bunny, Agatha. She always loved pets, especially bunnies and cats, even if it is pretty a ironic choice, since they are really different kind of pets. Cats are predators, bunnies are prey.
And maybe because of this, her inner conflict, have a bunny now is something really peculiar. In all her life, at home with grandma, she was surrounded by cats. Now, at Hogwarts, she found a bunny to take care.
Gaia didn’t want to be a prey, but neither a predator, so decided to teach to Agatha how to help fight for her life, and Gaia sake also, in difficult situations.
Returned at Hogwarts, in her second year, she started to training Agatha.
The bunny was initially very stubborn. Agatha didn’t react good at her lessons, and started to act pretty rude; she bitten Gaia many times.
Gaia was wondering if someone got so many bites by a bunny, like her…
Gaia tried to convince Agatha with some sweet fruits and other goodies for bunnies.
She also bought herself some special ones at Diagon Alley. Some of them was really expensive!
“Damn, so many money for some bunnies snacks…”, she thought many times.
But didn’t say nothing, didn’t complain with nobody.
But she had to admit to herself that something she really cried a lot in her bed, in night, meanwhile Agatha was licking her tears.
Two weeks passed, and Agatha improved only a bit.
Gaia sit down one day with her, on the grass, and started to talk, maybe by herself, maybe to her bunny, maybe both: - I always believed that there are not limits to what one, person or else, can do in their life. My parents taught me that with a lot of efforts, strategy, and patience, everything is possible. I was sometimes sceptical about that… but I want to believe that it is true, that also you can fight back your opponents and help me, in case of danger. So, Agatha, I won’t give up with you.
Gaia spent another week, before to obtain some other, but more important, results.
Agatha became more obedient, and with jumps and bites, she was able to dodge and attack, without run away or being rude with Gaia.
Gaia was really happy, and her affection and relationship with Agatha grew stronger.
Her little bunny was able now to fight a bit, and with more time, both would have to improve.
