Maybe, but i just genuinely didn’t hear- I listen to metal and i listen to it really loud, i don’t even hear my own thoughts sometimes
I would have been much less annoyed if the teacher was just like “hey i told you to hand your phone into the office, can you go do that please?” I woulda been like “yep” and gone done it. It’s the fact she called me an A-Hole and gave me attitude while i was being polite that i’m so annoyed about

Exactly, i even told my other teachers about it and they laughed saying that’s not how a teacher should talk to a student, they said it’s definitely reportable, so that’s what imma do haha.
