Yikes i hate that. Is there anything that helps you sleep? For me its reading an old book ive read before

I wake up every morning at 5:30 like clockwork, even on weekends, it sucks given i usually sleep at about 11.

And nah, i can only stay up until i can’t anymore tbh

I tryto wake up around 5 to get some peace.
