Lydia Jacqueline Jenkins prefers to be called Lydia. Her both parents and uncle were Slytherins, so she kind of expected to be Slytherin herself. All her life she's been living in castle, kind of isolated, so she didn't had many friends growing up. Well, most of the time she enjoys spending time with children her age since she only meets them in various balls, and Lydia is a really cool human to be around or to be with, so the kids usually are intrigued by her. She may not be the best friend, because she didn't quite practise at it much, but she's fun and surely knows how to get in to all sorts of... journeys, I would say.
Lydia, as I've already mentioned, was raised in a castle by her reckless, childish, but caring uncle Oscar Jenkins. He's an explorer. An explorer of magic. By that, I want to say, that Lydia, even tho she lives in her uncles castle, has seen a lot of world, see, uncle Oscar often takes her with him. She loves those expeditions. That is why she has this annoying addiction to curiosity.
P.S. she can be quite talkative when she gets comfortable around others, so be patient. and she's pretty impulsive, so be aware of that too
