Lamik had to admit to himself that he was surprised that Olphie didn't have more of a reaction to his heart comment. He had at least expected a comment implying that he was "finally focusing on the important things in life" or something. Instead, he got an unexpectedly serious answer. "Uh... I'm not sure." Lamik said quietly. Hogwarts was rather infamous for its strange occurrences, and there were to many to actually list off. Unfortunately, he wasn't too familiar with most of them. "I haven't really... read too much about Hogwarts history." He didn't give up just yet though, as Olphie had mentioned that she was actually thinking of something relatively recent.

That was when his mind decided to drift back to the one source of Hogwarts History that he HAD taken the time to go through- the old school newspapers. Those tended to contain a vast number of mentions of odd happenings, so he began mentioning the ones he remembered. "There was something where shadow things apparently attacked some kids camping out..." He said, remembering an article in the old paper The Hufflepost. "Then there was... what was it... Domino? Dominus? It was some mask they found somewhere around the great lake, I think, that the ministry took. That protects the face, I guess, but how does it relate to the riddle and what does that have to do with current events?" He had read only a brief mention of the mask in a copy of The Fanged Post.
