History/Background Story:

Crescent Moon was born in Germany in January 2008 and came to Cardiff, Wales when she was two years old because she had cousins there. She has a little brother, Thomas, who's nine years younger than she is. She grew up in a neighborhood on top of a hill right next to the water. Cress and her cousins would frequently run down to the water, play on the rocks, and run on the sand. When it would finally get warm in the summer, she'd swim in the ocean. Cress is muggle born so she wasn't raised around magic, however her uncle back in Germany was a wizard so magic did run in the family every now and then. The wizarding world was not foreign to the family, but it wasn't anything Cress remembers knowing all that much about growing up. When she was four, her magical abilities showed when silverware flew off the table while she was angry. Her parents figured it out shortly afterwards and started telling her whatever they knew about the magical world. She and her cousins went to the same elementary school together growing up. The school was a small neighborhood school that would let the students go home for lunch and come back later. Cress had a pretty good childhood. When she was 11, she received her Hogwarts Acceptance letter and couldn't wait to start.
