Ophelia had been walking down the corridors towards the library with Jennie and Thomas. Even though she had been quick to agree to going to the library, and very excited at that time, which was exactly the problem -she was excited, so she couldn't think straight-, she couldn't help but miss her bed and her dear sleep.

While walking to the library, she'd almost walked in the wall a few times, zoning out and half-listening to the conversation they were having; she could hear the joy and eagerness in Jennie and Thomas' voices, so, since she barely had the energy to keep herself awake, but didn't want to ruin the mood, gave them nods and hums in agreement to whatever was being said.

As they entered the library, her gaze immediately fell on a seat at the end of the room near the window, right now nobody was sitting there, and she was a few steps away from moving to sit and fall asleep there and then. But, then again, she didn't want to be a buzzkill, so she, yet again, followed Jennie and Thomas like a lost puppy.

Are they walking too fast or am I walking so slow? She was next to them, but she was doing her best to keep up with their pace. Now, there were a lot of times back at her old school when she was walking with her friends and she was behind them, since they walked really fast, so she wouldn't be surprised if her two new friends were also fast-walkers, but she felt like they had the same walking speed and her slowness was because of her tiredness.

Nevertheless, she caught up with them as they walked around the library. Ophelia glanced at the shelves filled with books of different topics. She stopped in her tracks when a brown, worn-out book caught her eye, and took it from the shelf. Without looking at the title, she opened the book and read a few pages, then put it back.
