Personality

_{Harmony Grace was always a sweet girl. She has a brown-blond swishy hair. Her eyes are green, just like both her parents. She is tall and very beautiful.She keeps a smile on her face while talking to anyone. She knows she has a very beautiful name and always lives up to it. Most of her time, she spends in gardens and amidst flowers as she admits they help to give her a mood boost. Her nature is sweet, kind and she doesn't have a bad temper. She enjoys dancing around her lilies and tulips with her mother and father.
But she always hadn't been that way. When she watched her mother change something or move something with just a flick of her wand, she used to wonder how it was possible, but it didn't really work. She always had a knack for doing everything perfect, though. Many kids did not want to be with her because she did everything focused and she did not like gossiping and backbiting about muggles.
The few friends she had were also disliked by the others and in the end she ended up having almost nobody for 6 long years.}
Her parents frequently tried to cheer her up but all in vain. But things changed as she began to grow towards being 11. And when she received her owl, she and her nature changed totally.[/sub]

Character Backstory

<sub>Harmony Grace was often 'overshadowed' by her parents expectations. She wanted to please them but all in vain. Days passed but Harmony's parents remained adamant that she should do only the things they asked her to do, nothing else. But soon Harmony learned to grow and fight for herself. As soon as she realized this, she understood that her own expectations also mattered for her own life. She decided that parents would not interfere in her own decisions.
Often she would be shouted at or she would have to listen to long lectures exactly how to be a good daughter, what type of behavior she should be up to the whole time and what is the legacy of the pure-blood family. This reinforced her thoughts of finally ignoring her parents.
But she still wished that she could just have a proper set of parentage.

Her mother, after a long, strained conversation, did attempt to understand her daughter's thought in these matters. Though it worked sometimes against her father, but sometimes it also wasn't enough, only her mother fighting. The rest of the family proudly supported her father only. She never really knew how to make friends, it wasn't exactly an ability she possessed, and she was homeschooled so anyway, it was not even possible. Its not that she wasn't confident against her parents, but she couldn't muster up the courage to go and express her thoughts fully to anybody. She was quiet and shy and always kept to herself. But she hated being overlooked or called unusual. Some people called her rude and cheeky', but that was something she could live with. So she learned to be independent. Figuring things out on her own. Entertaining herself when no one else could, she learned all sorts of hobbies. Music was her escape route alongside reading and drawing and she fell in love with them.

Then the day her Hogwarts admission owl came. She was thrilled. She had woken up and jumped out of bed because she had seen a large, brown owl. She saw the mail with her name on it and reeled in shock. She had jumped in happiness. her mother had always talked about Hogwarts and how she missed it and Harmony had been waiting for hers to come, and today it did. When she showed her parents, they were proud of her for the first time in years. of course they never expected more from what they thought was the 'not up-to-the-legacy' child. But Harmony's excitement was nothing compared to her parent's shock. Hogwarts was where she belonged, she could feel it. It would be the place she could prove herself, show all the people how perfect she was. The missing piece she was looking for had finally arrived to her in her heart!</sub>

_{First Instance of Magic: It happened as she was dancing with her mother again. Harmony was 7. As they danced around and around the garden, suddenly they noticed every tulip and rose flying towards them and showering on top of them. Her mother's eyes shone with pleasure while Harmony knew, she could now do what she had seen her mother do before! It was a great pleasure for her.}
