aeron entered DADA classroom,he sat on free desk, put books under his head and waited for lesson to start

aeron didn’t mean to fall asleep, honestly. the classroom was just too warm the torches flickering low, and the professor’s voice had this slow steady tone that made his eyes heavy. he tried to keep them open for the first few minutes, staring at the board while they talked about basic defense theory. nothing new, just stuff everyone already knew — “never use dark spells,” “always stay alert,” that kind of thing

his chin dropped onto his hand and before he noticed, he was gone

the dream started weirdly clear. he was standing in some foggy street, wand in hand, wearing an auror’s coat that actually fit him like it was made for him. there were flashes of light red, green, gold spells hitting walls and vanishing into smoke. he didn’t feel scared, just calm. people were shouting his name like they expected him to fix everything.

he moved through the fog, deflecting curses, his wand moving fast without even thinking. it felt easy. the kind of power he always imagined. he heard someone yell “auror blackthorn” and for some reason it sounded right, like that was who he was supposed to be.

then the ground shook and everything went white for a second. he blinked and suddenly the fog was gone replaced by the classroom. the professor was saying something about wand movements and everyone was writing notes. aeron straightened up fast, he yawned and also started writing something from the board

he though about that dream, being auror was his childhood dream but he had 7 years to think so maybe he shouldnt rush events and just let destiny choose. then bell rang, aeron slept almost whole lesson,he quickly collected things and rushed to wash his face

Pure Blood, Pure Power

DADA 1st year
Harry was packing his belongings and finishing a conversation with the professor about the definitions of dark spells and how this affected their handling. Harry said goodbye to the professor and headed out of the room. He had been one of the last to leave; the class was basic, a new beginning for everyone. Harry couldn't consider it boring because he learned things that seemed simple but in reality weren't. He stopped and reflected on the professor's statement: a dark spell is created by intention and not by the effect itself. Harry reflected on how the most harmless spells could become serious curses.

While lost in thought, Harry felt a sudden urge to go to the bathroom. It was a long walk; the boys' bathroom was quite far from the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, at least most of them were. Harry quickened his pace, to the point of bumping into a Gryffindor boy who seemed a little sleepy. After much hurrying, he reached the bathroom and finally relieved himself. After leaving, he noticed the presence of the boy he had bumped into; it was the sleepy-faced Gryffindor. After all, wasn't he the one who slept through most of the class? Harry decided to introduce himself and apologize to the boy; he must have bumped into him after all. He approached the sink to the right while washing his hands, and the boy refreshed his face.
-That was quite a long class, huh?-
he said discreetly to the boy -
-I'm not surprised you slept so much, it was a rather monotonous class, but honestly I think you can learn a lot from the basics, I don't know if you have one but Defense Against the Dark Arts is my favorite!-
He said casually, trying to make a new friend and then offering a brief and light apology for having passed by him so quickly.
-Do have a favorite subject?-
asked Harry

Remember faith and love, these will be your most powerful spells.

**In real life, my ideal wand would be acacia wood with a dragon heartstring core, but what can i do, right?

In real life, my house is also Ravenclaw. **
