Oh hey there James! I just did a mock up thread starter. Its rough but my brain somehow had enough brain cells left to produce something decent.

I'm more of a Baker than a cook but I leave that to my mom. They always say you can't replace your mom's cooking (or something along those lines..)

I've tried to copy some of her recipes it just doesn't taste the same. What's the best recipe your mom makes? For myself I'd say anything involving chicken probably her fried or orange chicken are the best

mmmmm best recipe is my mother in-laws sauce.  Sunday Pasta is sooooooo good. My mother in-law is Italian and OH MY GOD !!!!!! makes the best sauce

my mouth is drooling right now  LOL
