He was a loner for sure most where thinking. They weren't wrong but they also weren't right. In fact deep down Maxwell wanted conversation but he honestly deep down is a little shy. He was raised in high society he was used to meeting people but there was always that little fear. So he ultimately decided he'd let everyone mind themselves he would be sitting in the library reading one of his favorites Fantastic beasts and where to Find them by Newt Scamander. That's when he first meet.__________
Maxwell: Who are you?
He wassure how to feel about this person at the very least not yet. The idea went all over his mind "What if they are a potential friend or they could become my enemy" Though he would prefer a friend infact this person my become his best friend though only Time will tell. He still smiles and remembers his manners to offer them a seat. The person in question my catch Maxwell covering his eye patch witha hint of nervousness. He wants to be friends but he is mentally prepared for the former. He will try small talk if the other is quite he will smile and be kimd and brave.

Adriel was walking through the entrance hall with a curious look. She had found time between classes to just walk around the castle and take in it's beauty. She was currently admiring the marble stone staircase and the torches that lit the hall. In her gazing she had almost missed the boy who was crouched against the far side wall. He looked rather lonely maybe even a bit bored. As she got closer she realized it was the boy she had met during breakfast the day before.

He must have seen her coming but couldn't quite make her out because he asked "Who are you?" Adriel gave him a warm smile "Its me Adriel from breakfast yesterday. What are you doing out here in the hall?" Adriel asked. He just gave her a shy smile. Then nervously hid his patched eye as he patted the spot beside him offering her a seat. Adriel accepted the offer and set down beside him on the cool floor. She wondered what he was doing out here all alone. Maybe he was exploring like her... Or maybe he had gotten lost and gave up looking for what ever he was looking for. Adriel had seen a few students wondering aimlessly throughout the castle having gotten lost in the rush to make it to class.

"Im sorry i didn't recognize you." He smiles kindly. "My sincerest apologies my lady. What brings you to the library?." He was still holding his book but he closed it out of courtesy. He keeps smiling a bit happy to see a friendly smile and face he keeps wondering why she was here he began to realize he didn't tell his reasons. "Oh and im here to enjoy the light quiet side of school to relax and read is all." And as he finishes his sentence he would remember all the times he would sneak off to his family library hungry to learn more and enjoy the peaceful bliss of the quiet candlelight he fixes his scarf and fixes his hair to look more suitable for his company he didn't want to be seen as messy or uncaring with appearance. He smiles kindly as he prepares for her response he wonders what people think when the see him hes always been given different answers he tries thinking about something else but the thought still lingers in his mind but in the end he can only hope that she will be kind and not really caring about appearances like he does for himself.

"Im sorry I didn't recognize you." He smiled kindly at Adriel as he spoke. Which caused her to smile back in return. "My sincerest apologies my lady. What brings you to the library?"[/b] Adriel was a little confused by this question. They weren't in the library thought she supposed this hall could count as one. It was quiet and he did seem to be reading. She chuckled as she responded "So you've set yourself up a library in here? It's got a nice atmosphere but the chairs in the actual library are much more comfortable."

He just seemed to shrug with a small smile. Then he seemed to realize something. "Oh and I'm here to enjoy the light quiet side of school to relax and read is all." Ah yes his motives for being here. They were pretty obvious to start off with but it was nice of him to clarify. Well I'm just here to explore. I'm wanting to find every little nook and cranny before my last year. It's a long ways away but this is a big castle." Adriel motioned out her arms as if to express the journey that awaits her. "What are you reading about?" She asked wondering what had him so captivated moments before. She noticed then how he kept shifting about as if to conceal his patched eye. It must be a sore spot for him in conversation. She wouldn't bring it up.
