- It was a rainy day at Hogwarts, nobody outside, all students were inside the castle, some of them just wasting time talking nonsense with other students, another's was looking for do something, some people around playing with their wands, earning a scolding from a professor. In general, a lot of persons with nothing better to do, except for two first year students

Victoria was at the study room, reading about herbology, the subject with the worst grades she had (Something ironic for a Hufflepuff for be real), unlike her study buddy. The curly-haired one was terrible with plans and stuff, she preferred more theoretical subjects like history.

The one with cat-eyes and almond skin humming a song (Cruel Summer of Taylor Swift) while reading the book and taking notes "Dude, I really miss my earphones" She murmured for herself, because these didn't work at Hogwarts due to the high levels of magic. After a few minutes, she looked at her partner and say: "How do you do for be good at herbology!?" She asked nearly to desperation. "This subject is insufferable" She said while would throw herself back in his chair and cross her arms. Victoria look at the her cheek list, and see the other subject to study, Potions, causing her to let out another groan.

She looks towards him again, with her attempt of puppy eyes and pouting and said: "Can we take a little break".

A rainy day indeed. Even Max didn’t feel like being out and about in this weather today. The original plan on his end had been studying in the greenhouse, but with the rather sad weather and Victorias objection it was probably a good idea they settled for the library. He had started, gotten stuck on and given up his transfiguration assignment just half an hour earlier and were now elbows deep in transferring some herbology notes on to a cleaner piece of parchment. His studybuddies humming and whispering didn’t really bother him much. These were important notes on Charles after all. Charles being the plant he had observed the conditions of during the last week. Despite the all consuming manner of his own task, he at least tried listening to what his partner was talking about. «You know, I still don’t get what those are» He commented absentmindedly. Muggle technology was far from being where he held the most knowledge.

At the complaining he put his quill down and looked up at her with a crooked grin «I love the variety! So many things to do all at once, I don’t have the time to get bored out of my mind» His smile only grew as he added «Unlike history. All that reading isn’t good for the brain!» With a small laugh and a playful shove towards her, he nodded in agreement to her question. «Yeah, that’s probably smart. I’m as good as done with this anyway, and if I right away have to pick up transfiguration or history» The latter said with a rather theatrical whine «I might die»

He pushed his chair back with a rather loud screech and stood up to stretch his legs. Walking aimlessly up to a bookshelf and let his eyes wander over the spines. «Don’t get me wrong, cause I wouldn’t actually like to spend more time here, but sometimes I wonder a bit about exploring the library more. I mean, there is even an entire section off limits and it is just begging to be explored!» He turned sharply on his heel as another question popped up. «What plans do you have for Saturday? I was thinking of observing Charles a bit more, but if you have something better» He shrugged.
