The walk to the Hospital Wing was somehow worse than the moment after she had shot the guy with a curse, the awkward silence making the hairs on her neck stand. She kept her distance from him, always a few steps ahead. Whether that was to keep his germs with him or just out of irritation, it was clear she didn't want to be here of all places. By the time they had reached the Hospital Wing, she had almost decided to bolt for it so she wouldn't have to deal with the quiet and her own thoughts anymore.
As the doors came into view, she sighed, relieved to not have to deal with him anymore despite knowing it was her by her own doing that he was sick. Stepping into the Hospital Wing, she shivered lightly despite wearing a sweater. She suddenly felt a jolt up her spine as she realized she hadn't made sure the boy hadn't tripped over his own feet, and she whirled around. He was right behind her, upright yet still swaying. The bright lights showed how sickly he looked at the moment, freckles much more visible against his flushed skin.
She scoffed under her breath before pointing at a bed, looking up at him. "Go and sit down so I can leave," she muttered, stepping off to the side. Her eyes drifted around the rather bland Hospital Wing, sterile white covering the whole place from top to bottom. The smell made her nauseous, causing her to scrunch up her nose in a disgusted expression. A few students were already there, sitting up or sleeping. Her fingers curled into the hem of her sweater as a tiny flicker of concern crossed her face.
