Newish Beginnings
After the time of recovery and walking on eggshells, Axel was finally fit enough to enroll at the age of thirteen. He hated the uniforms, it seemed presumptuous and frilly. The halls seemed to have a dull in conversation as he walked passed and he glared at anyone who looked too close. He hated it. He hated being the new kid, it always gave kids ammunition to talk to him or start rumours.WC:224By Graci Lauren

The first week passed too slowly. He felt out of place. As he joined late into the school year, friendships had been made alliances formed and there wasn't really space in the hierarchy for a new member. It didn't matter that much anyway. Axel prefered being alone. At least that's what he told himself at night when the feeling of loneliness crept in and squeezed his lungs to keep quiet. He really didn't like starting conversations, it wasn't fear or anything controversial like that, it was that residue influence from his parents that people talk to you if they need value. The superior feeling of the pure-blood. He didn't really feel so 'superior' now, with people all around him laughing and having fun while he stood there in his uniform not really knowing now to get on and find where he was suppose to go in this whole new place.
With a tight heart, he followed the crowd of people similar height to him, head high as if everything was fine.
