so i got a couple of questions. I havent unlocked my classes.

1. if i am correct i need atleast 20 posts in any roleplays right?
2. when i look at the timeline thing there is a seperate storyline, will that be unlocked as the i progress through hogwarts as a student?
3. i have seen some people roleplay with just 2 or 3 people. do you get assigned a partner or can you just choose who you want to roleplay with and they'll accept?

1. Yep about the 20 posts, but to unlock classes you must be validated on site for at least 10 days. Posts can be gained by adding posts in At The Counter Chat (like here or other posts in other parts of the forum), the house games room, or RP posts.

2. I’m not sure what you mean by this as there isn’t really a “main storyline” anymore. It’s more of what you want to be creative about!

3. You get to choose your partners! RPG Partner Requests is a great way to get started and find someone to RP with you!

Avery summed it up perfectly, but here goes my own explanation I was writing anyway. In order to unlock your classes, your account needs to be at least ten days old and you need to have at least 20 posts on site, excluding forum games. To role-play with others, you can either join threads labelled [Open], owl people personally or find a partner in this thread. Either post your own request or respond to someone else's! The storyline is mostly discontinued, but once in a while some moderated threads will pop up like a ball. In order to participate in those, you need to be indexed.

If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask! I also like to refer you to our Mentorship program if you have not already signed up for a mentor.

in other words it's not like what you're thinking. Basically it's like you're writing a book with other players while progressing naturally and with abilities so you can be your story's own main character. Kind of?

But when i go to site information and click on timeline or setting lore there is some kind of storyline thats given. And i assumed that was the storyline and the rest are like outside class roleplays to make friends or to play quidditch or duel. And thank you for answering my questions Avery. one more on the RPG, so we can request who we want to roleplay with and then if that person accepts we can roleplay with eachother right?
