Paws and Chat
The first week of being a cat owner was coming to an end and already Leo was having an interesting time having Persephone with him at Hogwarts. With class over for the day and everyone enjoying their free time, he was excited to go back to his dorm to get Perse and bring her out to meet Rosaline. Leo was so excited to tell her about his new cat that he had to plan a time for them to meet as soon as they could. Taking off the large black robe, Leo threw it on the bed before going over to where Perse was sitting on the desk. “Alright trouble maker, we’re going to go meet my friend. Please be on your best behavior.” He said almost pleading with the little black kitten who just sat there and stared at him with her big eyes. Leo let out a soft sigh before picking the cat up off the desk, grabbing two of her mouse toys and her treat bag to take with them and left to go meet Rosaline.
The young Ravenclaw boy had chosen not to change out of his uniform, even though he knew it was probably not the best idea since he would most likely be covered in cat hair after holding her. Nevertheless he held his baby kitten close to his chest as he snuggled up to him in his arms as he walked down to the Great Hall. After a not so great encounter in the courtyard, Leo thought maybe just sitting together in the Great Hall while it was mostly empty would be a nice meeting spot for him to introduce Perse to Rosa. When he entered, he quickly looked around to see how many other people were around. Luckily there was just a couple of other students so he was hoping this would be a nice and calm meeting.
Instead of taking his usual spot at the Ravenclaw table like he would for his meals, Leo went over to one of the corners, leaning back against the wall and slid down to sitting. Persephone was comfortable and relaxing in his arms as he sat down, so he gave her some head scratches to keep her happy and calm until his friend joined him. He was curious to see how Rosaline and Perse would interact since so far Perse was only really warming up to him versus others. “You’re going to be a good girl today right, Sephie?” He whispered softly in her little ears and chuckled softly as they twitched from the feeling of his breath on them. As he sat and waited for Rosaline, he looked around at the paintings and other decor in the room. He had begun to get to know the details of this room very well. By the time he graduated Hogwarts he figured he would know every inch of this school inside out to the point he could find his way blindfolded. Honestly it would be an interesting feat.

Paws and Chat
𝓟ersephone wiggled a little in his arms and he started to shush her softly to try to settle her until he heard a familiar voice. Rosaline had finally arrived and was approaching them. Leo smiled brightly at her as she took the seat beside him. “Hi Rosa, it’s been good. How was your day?” He said in response as he watched her attention move to the little kitten in his lap. She spoke soft and sweetly to Perse, reaching her hand out so the kitten could sniff her first.
Leo looked down at the cat in his lap and watched to see her reaction. So far at home she spent most of the time with Leo, his mother gave her a little attention too but that was really it. He was curious to see how she reacted to different people. Hopefully she wouldn’t cause trouble today, especially with them being in the Great Hall with others coming in and out.
To Leo’s surprise, Persephone took to Rosaline fairly quickly, giving the girl a few soft licks on the hand that was extended out to her. “Seems like she likes you too.” He blurted out as he watched the two of them interact. “You can hold her if you want to.” Leo said and picked up Perse carefully to hold her up in front of Rosa to take her. He was happy to see Persephone was taking a liking to Rosa since he hoped to be able to bring her around her and their other friends more. “Sephie you want to go over to Rosa?” He spoke in a soft cute voice to the little kitten to which the black cat meowed quietly in response. “Wow she really responded.” He chuckled as he passed the kitten over to the girl. “Do you have any pets at home?” He asked Rosaline, curious as she seemed to be pretty good with Persephone and let her sniff her hand before trying to pet her.
