Fizzbuzz

Anyone ever played Fizzbuzz? Well, in some ways it's similar to Toast by @Julia Evans, but not really.
Rules: Choose two numbers, HAS TO BE 2-9. If the number is divisible by, OR includes at least one of the first digits, say FIZZ. If it is divisible by, OR includes at least one digit of the second number, say BUZZ. If it is divisible by both numbers, or includes both digits, say FIZZBUZZ. Otherwise say the number itself.
Example:
ReducioDigits for round 1: 4 and 7.
P1 - 1
P2 - 2
P3 - 3
P4 - FIZZ
P5 - 5
P6 - 6
P7 - BUZZ
P8 - FIZZ

P27 - 27
P28 - FIZZBUZZ
P29 - 29
P30 - 30
P31 - 31
P32 - FIZZ
***
P39 - 39
P40 - FIZZ (includes digit 4)
P41 - FIZZ (includes digit 4)
P42 - FIZZBUZZ (includes digit 4, AND is divisible by 7)
P43 - FIZZ
P44 - FIZZ
P45 - FIZZ
P46 - FIZZ
P47 - FIZZBUZZ (Includes digit 4 and 7)!

I'll start: digits - 3 and 9. MENTION ME when changing digits. (goes up to 100, person to say 1 again chooses the digits. Nothing less that 2, nothing more than 9.)

George Calder, you had to say FIZBUZZ, as its divisible by 3 and 9... (only js realised that we won't ever say BUZZ in this round, but oh well)
