A Sudden Surprise
"That was amazinnnggg" Hanako wheezed, a smile forming on his face.@Hanako Tone
She blushed a little as he neared her. She didn't know if she was embarrassed or if she was still just crushing on him, but only the Lord knows.
" I'm disappointed you didn't tell me as well. I wanted to throw that book in for a while now " He said, now standing next to her and glaring at the now half-drowned book. It was going to cost her some money for her irrational choice, but so far she wasn't going to care right now.
"Well, I hope you enjoyed that. If you ask me, we should top it off with a nap before class starts~" He said casually, walking back to the tree.
"Welp, why not!" She replied, jogging to catch up to him.
"It was my tree first, but I'm willing to share. Compensation for that dumb zodiac information" He said, now laying in the grass under the shade of the large tree.
His eyes were now closed and the wind gently blew both kids' hair and clothes to the side. She smiled softly as she laid down beside him, but instead, she was in the warm sun, soaking it up. She then started singing a little lullaby quietly to herself she knew from Lilly.
"Let me sing a lullaby,
As you close your eyes,
and as you're drifting off to sleep,
how I hope that the dreams that you find,
are great."
She stopped there and looked up at the clouds. She daydreamed for a little and then turning to face Hanako, finally lulled off to sleep.
