Dear Rose,
I am enjoying my holiday at Hogwarts so far, nothing much to update since everything seems queit and less noise of others. All I did was pretty much walking and explore around the castle. Luckily, I found that Wes also decided to stay at Hogwarts too. He had shown me an interesting room that appeared only during the holiday, yet sadly, I cannot show it and enjoy it together with you.
However, I am happy to hear you enjoy your trip in Portree. I have never been there, but I would love to see it one day, or even maybe you can show your grandfather's greenhouse to me as you mentioned.
Also, I was really thankful for the gift you gave me. I really love it! I will take care of it like I was taking care of my plants. Actually… I would like to give back your favor with one of my plants, but I know you will feel nervous about how to take care of it. So, I changed my mind to something that you might love it. I think it will take care of you instead, somehow.
I hope you love my present, and our stargaze promise is still intact, as always.

Do you still enjoy your holiday exploring the castle?
I enjoyed the last time we hung out together, and I hope we can hang out more in the future. I have told Rose about that hidden room, but we can talk together again in class. I thought my holiday would be so boring at first. I’m glad you showed me that wonderful hidden room that day. It made my holiday much better, and I felt less alone.
I haven’t managed to find another hidden room like you did, yet I will keep exploring. Who knows… I might have found somewhere you may like it too one day. And, of course, I sneak out again. I went to Hogsmeade to keep myself distant from my depressing dorm room. Somehow, I saw something that it reminded me of you. LOL. I will give it to you as my generosity, thankful for being my company in this holiday. I would like you to keep it and maybe treat it well. Don’t make it a mascot again for the sake of our friendship, please
I also packed the gift with some sticky caramel, returning your favor for the butterscotch you gave me. I remembered you telling me you don’t like coconut. I guess the caramel is good for you, then. Right?

Dear Aunt Amelia,
I’m sorry that I haven’t been able to see you at our family gathering this year, and I am sure you’ll find out why soon enough.
However, don't be worried about me being alone all winter, I have been pretty enjoying school so far, or even make friends. They are all kind and nice, and some of them are also funny. I hope you can meet them someday.
I also manage myself to be in a small crowd for a period of time. It might take sometime for me to be able to interacted with many people in one place, but I will keep practicing it. The class was awesome, especially Herbology and Potion, as always. It surprised me that even though I am confident about my knowledge, I can still learn more about it.
But, I am sure you might be concerned that I will hurt myself again, so I confirm that I haven’t done anything reckless yet, no experiments on myself, only a few sneak out at night that would get me into trouble.
And, I thank you for your Christmas present. I will take care of it with the one you gave me last year. They are all so beautiful and bring me a smile every day. I will treasure them for the rest of my life and its cycle.

Dear Zephyr,
I was so surprised and also glad to hear from you. It's pretty quiet here in the winter, especially when everyone goes home for holiday. But I enjoy it, somehow. It's peaceful and mysterious at the same time. I managed to go explore somewhere in the castle. It's quite fun, really. Someone showed me the room that was full of chocolate and sweets, which almost looked like a dream.
I enjoy it, and I grabbed some back to my dorm. I’m not sure what kind of sweets you like. If you let me know one day, I’ll probably give it to you next time we meet, maybe in class.
Hearing you talk about chamomile, it reminded me of the scent already. And, I was thrilled that you’d bring some here after you come back to school. I really appreciate it. I’m not gonna lie. I had a sleep problem sometimes, so that’s why I like chamomile tea.
All the scenery of Hogwarts has now been covered in white snow. It kindda gave a lonely feeling vibe, and sadly, I cannot see green to light up the mood, but at least I can find some Mandrake in the greenhouse to fulfill my passion, and I missed the day we’d work together somehow. I wish we could plant something together next time with less action, but more dirty hands in class.
Also, thank you so much for your gift. It was cute, and I really love it. Your picture of the farm and your animals reminded me of one of my gardens, and I missed the thin wind across the field there. I will treasure the plants you gave me, of course, I always have been. It will be healthy for the rest of its life cycle. I promise.
I will send one of mine to you as well. It came from my highland garden. It is refreshing to see, I’m sure of it. I hope it will bring you some good vibes whenever you miss home like I did. I wish you have an awesome holiday.
