14 ty, tbh ion even know how to start it.. if I start talkin g abt it, Ill js remember even uglier stuff and then even if my parents agree to take me to a therapist, the therapist would need another therapist T.T like it will open up so many things..
so I think the best thing is to js endure the rest of this ugly day..
