History/Background Story: Luna grew up in the muggle world with her wizard father and her witch mother, her witch mother studied the muggles, there way of life compared to the wizarding world. Due to both her parents being from the wizarding world, Luna knew one day her magic would come in, she happened to be laying in bed reading a book when it did, she went to turn the page in her book with her hand when it seemed the magic that flowed through her would turn it. A couple of days after her 11th birthday she received her hogwarts letter, she was so excited for the new start but so nervous at the same time.
Personality: Luna mae is a shy, caring and passionate young girl, she comes across as quiet and reserved but is very defensive of her friends and her family. Luna learnt alot from reading books and reading her mothers findings, this helped her pass the time alot. Luna hasn't been around alot of people her age so she is nervous about fitting in at hogwarts, her parents have been very supportive and helpful during this period of time. She doesn't come from a rich family but they do live comfortably. She is looking forward to going to a proper school and learning new things, she is especially excited about studying and she wants to do the same job as her mum does when she gets older. She dreams to get a cat as a pet as her parents never let her have a pet at home. On her first day in hogwarts she hopes to find some friends she really clicks with, she hasnt been around alot of people her age so she is afraid she wont know how to act.
Luna is a brunette with naturally wavy hair and hazel eyes, she has soft pink lips and a slim nose.
