You simply click the bean, and it'll be added to your collection.

Every six hours a new bean pops up. The link and location and type of bean is posted here. While the bean is still there, it can be found in the top right or left corners of your screen. When you find it, you tap it and then you will get a new menu that will tell you how many of that bean you have!
