"It's Raining Somewhere Else (Extended)" by Toby FoxThe reason for choosing this theme song is because, like Sans reveals during this moment in the game, he's merely using other means to hide emotional feeling and backstories. This is the theme for that moment, so it makes sense. Another reason why is that Caitlyn likes to think of herself as a calm person when around friends, which reflects onto the music as that's also quite calm.
Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do.
Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong.
