Backstory: She was born in Australia. Her mother didn't know her father was a wizard till Meils was 2 and they got divorced. After Meils did accidental magic, her mother became disgusted and sent her to live with her father in Scotland. He taught her about the wizard world because she didn't know a single thing about it before then.
