As December was starting to creep by unnoticed by the Hogwarts Students, Tatiana isn't among the same crowd. She had had seen the leaves of the trees going from green to yellow and finally orange or brown before finally curling up and falling into the ground's endless land. The temperature had been dropping drastically too, just last night she'd been huddled in her dorm room alone, two sets of blankets over her body yet she could still feel the winter's shivers.
The following day, the temperature seems to get better, but it still was under normal temperature as Tatiana's teeth were still chattering when she made her way to the grounds carrying knitting tools and a cup of steaming hot cocoa. She had been planning to knit something of her own before her godparents sent their christmas gifts, and as she was only beginning to knit and just learning how to properly pull her threads together, she had borrowed a book entitled "Knitting for Beginners: It's Easy!” and was planning to hopefully learn some things there.
As she watched another tree starting to bald, she realized that her breath was now starting to crystalize and her cup no longer felt as warm as before, Tatiana decided that she ought to start knitting before nightfall, then possibly continue after dinner if she had time before going to sleep.
Picking a spot that overlooked the castle and the quidditch pitch under an old tree with gnarled roots that rised above the ground so that it provided her a proper seat, she began taking out her tools and opened her book to prepare for what she called “Operation Sweater Weather”.
