It's hard to leave something, I know this because I have never officially left hio, despite having an intention to do so two years ago. But I'm still here.
But if you're trying to leave, if they have a deactivation or deletion system, you could maybe start there? Then find something else to do to bide your time- I deleted my account on discord and now spend more time than I should on roblox or on my sites and do my best to try not to open discord and follow through with it. But it's hard because it's like muscle memory, it's temptation, it's desire.
