Bumping Friend
Today was going to be a busy day for Rose. She had classes all along the day. Not that she didn't like it but she was already thinking of the number of homework she was going to have. She did like studying but having many homework to do at the same time was really stressful to her.
Rose was sitting in the Great Hall at the Ravenclaw table taking her breakfast thinking of how her day was going to be.
She wasn't a big eater and wasn't usually eating much. However today she couldn't even take a bite of anything that was in her plate. She was just staring at her food playing with her fork lost in her thoughts.
Suddenly Rose started to notice the Great Hall was becoming noisier and more agitated. She looked up only to see many students leaving their table with their bag over their shoulder. She looked at her watch as her eyes widened when she saw what time it was. Her first class was starting really soon and she hated being late. That was making her nervous just to think of entering a classroom where everyone would be already installed and listening to the lesson.
Plus the classroom wasn't any nearer from the Great Hall so she had to hurry.
She quickly stood up and took her bag before heading to the exit of the Great Hall. As she couldn't eat anything she felt a bit worried but hoped it will be alright later and that she could eat during lunch break.
Rose fasten her pace as she was going out of the Great Hall while checking her timetable to be sure not to go to the wrong classroom. That was be the last thing she needed.
However she wasn't looking where she was going anymore and as soon as she turned at the exit of the Great Hall she found herself bumping into someone. Because of the shock she felt a bit stunned and which made her timetable falling on the floor.
"Oh I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going, I hope you're alright!
Rose quickly apologised to the person in front of her without having taken a look at who it was yet as she was reaching out for her timetable panicked to be late and embarrassed to have bumped into someone.

Bumping Friend
Rea loved Hogwarts already. All of her classes were exactly what she wanted. In the great hall for breakfast, Rea loaded her plate with fried eggs, bacon, fruit, and some orange juice on the side.
She gulped down the food, hoping to get to her lesson early. As Rea's plate magically cleared of the remnants of her food.
She scooped up her books and stood up too quickly, making the food in her stomach swirl around. Rea felt nauseated and sat back down, her head spinning. The people rushing past her, talking loudly with their friends, did not help her with an oncoming headache.
Rea realized she would be late to class if she didn't leave now, as her class was on the other side of the large castle.
Rea stood up, slower this time, and started walking out of the great hall. The hallway wasn't as busy and she had space to walk. As Rea moved carefully, an unnamed mass bumped into her side, Rea heard a voice apologizing.
"I'm totally fine! Are you okay? Oh your timetable!"
Rea reached down and picked up the girl's timetable. She held out her hand and gave the paper back to the girl. Rea's blue eyes fell on the girl and Rea took in her features, her red hair and freckles, her sticking green eyes that brought out her hair.
"I'm Rea! Rea Kont. I think you're in Ravenclaw too right? I've seen you in the common room. What class are you going to? I'm going to History of Magic first! I'm so excited! I love school and learning! Are you excited? Oh sorry. I'll stop talking now."
Rea covered her mouth with her hands. She had a habit of rambling when she was excited or nervous. Rea hoped she hadn't ruined her chance at her very 1st friend at Hogwarts.

Bumping Friend
Rose didn't have the time to pick her timetable up since the person she bumped into did it for her.
Rose looked up to see a blond girl a bit taller than her already introducing herself and asking many questions at a time. It made Rose chuckled. The girl's name was Rea.
"I'm fine thank you. Are you? I was walking quite fast not to be late so..." Rose said without finishing her sentence as she was feeling still a bit embarrassed.
When the girl mentioned to have seen Rose in the Ravenclaw common room it seemed to Rose that she also might have seen Rea once. She was actually glad to meet someone else from her house and a first year -since she said she was going to the History of Magic class which was also Rose's first class- as she hasn't made many friends from Ravenclaw yet. Maybe it was the perfect opportunity!
But before pursuing on talking Rose remembered she hadn't introduced herself back.
"Ah right, my name is Rose, Rose Pearce. Nice to meet you Rea!" she said with a gentle smile.
"Right now I was also heading to the History of Magic class, since you know it's a bit far from here I would have almost run not to be late." said Rose while chuckling.
"But I guess that will be the both of us to arrive a bit late." She added with a mischievous smile.
She wasn't sure how Rea would take her tease but Rose dared to do it. Plus if they were to become close friends Rea needed it to get use to it. The sooner the better.
"But I honestly can't wait for this class! Maybe we have other classes together?! Actually that would be great! Bumping partner and latecomer partner, what do you think?" dared to say Rose hoping it wasn't too much for a first time encounter and that Rea would actually take it well.
"But shouldn't we go? Otherwise we will end up to be really too late." Quickly said Rose on concerned yet light tone.
