A Ravenclaw Ally? PV Shae Winters FINISHED

Sage was thinking of what to do when she saw Shae's eyes had changed color. "Whoa! What happened to your eyes? I thought they were blue and now they aren't!" Sage exclaimed as she stopped in her tracks. What in the world? She was so confused and she hoped that Shae wasn't mad that she pointed it out. She just had never seen anything like it before. "I don't really feel like getting in trouble yet, so maybe we should head to the common room, or maybe to the Great Hall and get a snack?" She suggested, still a bit disturbed that her eye color had changed so quickly.

She didn't really know what else to think, tons of things running through her mind as she tried to think of what could've caused it. Maybe it was just something she had?

She tried to push the thoughts away as she thought of the food she wanted to eat, she was quite hungry after all the walking and then making a new friend. She smiled though as she thought of having a new friend, it made her happy that her year was off to a good start. She flipped her hair out of her face as another slight breeze came.

Shae laughed a bit and stopped. "Oh sorry. I didn't realize." She closed her eyes for a second and when she opened them, they were blue again. "I'm a metamorphmagus. I can change my appearance. Sometimes I don't realize when it happens. But I am actually starting to get some control over it. Let's see." She thought for a moment and closed her eyes. She decided to show off her ability and her hair turned blonde and she opened her eyes again. She closed them again and her hair turned back to its original color, but had a streak of blonde in it still that Shae didn't notice. She smiled at Sage. "My mom says I've been doing it since I was a toddler. She says she could always tell when my mood shifted, but could never tell what my mood was because the changes were never the same. My dad said it was funny watching my mom freak out and try to guess what was wrong with me." Shae laughed again. "I am sorry, though. I didn't mean to startle you. I didn't mean for my eyes to change color." She smiled. "Let's go to the great hall and we can get a snack."

"Interesting, I've never heard of that before." She said and watched in amazement as she looked at Shae change her hair color. "That's so cool! I wish I could do that!" She said and wished that she could. She listened as she heard her talk about her parents and smiled at her. "It's alright, I was more shocked that startled. I guess anything is possible now" she giggled softly and watched her change back. She started walking toward the castle as it started to snow. "I love the snow, I used to play with Delilah in the snow all the time." She smiled as she started to remember those memories.

The laugh of her little sister as they had a snowball fight, built snow forts and even built a snowman. She remembered her mother had taken a picture of it and wondered if she still had it. She decided later that she'd send an owl to her, with instructions on how to use the owl and just asking how everyone was doing. She also wanted one of those pictures. She felt her stomach growl and laughed softly as it was kind of loud and looked at Shae "apparently I'm hungry, come on let us go eat." She smiled and walked to the great entrance of the castle so she could get to the Great Hall faster.
