The Candyman's in town and he's got a little help from Cupid this Valentine's Day. Nick is only 12 so he's never really liked anyone. Thinking about it, he's never really felt anyway to girls. Of course, Nick comes from a Catholic family so he never would think that he could like guys. Love's in the air though, and Nick could get use a little help to get love juices flowing. Maybe a girl is in his class and felt a spark, maybe she is a friend of his who develops feeling for him. Either way she goes to the Candyman to help her out. Whether you tell Nick about this day or not is up to you.
Additional info: So I've had this idea for a while, but I've been a bit nervous to put this idea out. I was inspired by the Candyman thread though so I decided to post it. We can initiate the thread using any of the treats you want (I can even buy it for you and give it to you OOC if you really want to) and the thread can progress anyway you want it to. If you want a relationship afterwards, I'm totally cool with that, but it will definitely end with a breakup so keep that in mind. Owl me if you're interested!

Your RPG storyline idea :
First person (boy)- Sage loves to either be in the Library or by the Great Lake. She enjoys reading and drawing and your character sees her either reading or sketching (can be discussed in pm). Later on, the two become good friends and one of them confesses on having a crush on the other
Second person (boy or girl)- Sage is in the ballroom and looks at how beautiful the decorations are even though there isn't a ball going on at the time. When you're character sees Sage and sees that she seems friendly they decide to approach her and try to become friends.
Third-person(boy or girl)- we can brainstorm some of your ideas for this one.
Additional info: I would like to have at least one of these three plots be used by a boy, maybe the two could become friends and maybe develop crushes on each other or crushes from when they first meet. Send me an owl and where you'd like the thread to be!

Haven’t used this before, but I thought I’d give it a shot to see how well it works out!
Piérre is looking for a bully. He’s Italian (so an odd nationality for a Scottish, British, and Irish school), doesn’t dress in his house colors often, and is generally too happy for his own good. Are you bad enough to knock down the sunshine boy a peg?

Your RPG storyline idea:
This plot doesn't have to be roleplayed out with me if you don't want it to be; just owl me letting me know you want to do it and then you can say in a thread that it happened off-screen if you like.
What's going to happen is if you owl me (and you're a first year), then I'll gift you a Fake Permission Slip and you can go to Hogsmede to purchase a normal treat matching the description of the ones that Vladimir Athanatos sells. (If you're a second year or older, you can simply give me the currency required for the treat and I'll send you the treat in exchange.)
As far as I know, if this is a normal treat, you don't actually have to buy it with your site currency; you can just say you did so you can use it ICly. If you do end up needing the fake permission slip, however, please return it to me when you're done using it.
If your character goes through with this plot, they would owe Jack an IC favor in the future for use at a later time. Mind you, Jack likes to be fair, so he will not ask something of your character that they do not agree to, that breaks the rules, or that they don't think equates the favor he did for them in turn. Terms are negotiable, but if your character doesn't have a good reason for not wanting to do something Jack asks of them, suspicions will be raised.

Well, Jack wants to 'help out' - for a price. If you 'owe him a favor', he will get you a treat of your choice of the ones being made available by shady Ravenclaw, Vladimir Athanatos. HOWEVER, these treats are the normal ones from Hogsmede - the ones that, at most, simply smell good.
The idea is that if you pretend to eat the sweet and then fall under the spell of the love potion (that it isn't actually laced with), you can show all the affection you want to your crush and spend time with them without them suspecting a thing!
Later on, you can reveal that you were pretending the whole time or you can simply continue acting as if you had no control during the time you were 'under the influence' of the love potion. It's your choice!

I'm thinking a befriending sort of story line, but i would actually like to form a genuine plot and make it sort of an ongoing thing I can include in Ross' whole story, like a solid just group of friends. Of course, they don't have to immediately start as friends! I'm totally down for the rivalries to friends sort of deal or something along those lines. Heck, all the kids don't even have to meet at once. It could be two separate roleplays merged into one. I'm always open to discussion of it! It would be a lot of planning on all sides of the parties. It could either start in the great hall or a classroom of sorts, or perhaps even on grounds somewhere. They would have a goal to complete, and it would likely be to solve a mystery or go on an adventure by the end of the school year. Again, this is seriously up for discussion and i'm so down for ideas.
Additional info : I type around 300 words at my word, and up to 1,000 at my best. You don't have to be the best at rping, but i would appreciate it if you sort of had a grasp of what you're doing? I'd also prefer third person. Please make sure you're not godmodding and stuff, and please set aside some time for this! It's totally okay to be busy, just give me a heads up. Plan on sticking with it, because I do sort of want a friend group I can actually add to Ross' lore! Also, be open to character flaw moments, as I feel like it can always open things up!
FINALLY, it's preferred you have a Discord! OWL me if you're interested, and preferably with your Discord user so we can all easily discuss stuff if this ends up working out! Thank you!

John has a harsh personality... I would like to write with some people where they banter back and forth whether it ends in friendship or not.. It could even be a rivals to friends relationship in years to come? Or during the summer, I found out there is a Camp option which would be fun to start out as rivals then end up sharing cabin space or constantly running into each other.
Edit: Thinking more about it having a bit of a Purist Squad of friends might be fun.. sort of something that feeds his upbringing being a strict/rich Pureblood line.
With the Valentine's thread coming up, I think it would be interesting to mess with John and have him sort of be under the influence of the candies by a girl if anyone is interested. Owl me?

Additional info: I have been away due to some OOC things but am coming back to the site and hoping to be more active.. I just don't know a lot of others on here to start threads with or jump in on some Open marked ones.
