I wish I was a third year

Granted, but you can never age up or down. You will be a 3rd year forever.

I wish I could make any drawing real. (Online or on paper, parchment, etc.)

Granted, but then all your drawing suddenly start making an informidable team of monsters and then they start attacking everyone and take charge of you so that you can never do anything of your own free will again.

I wish I was better at gymnastics

Granted, but you can never stop doing gymnastics.

I wish I could control the elements (earth, water, fire, and wind)

Granted, but you are not allowed to, and soon you forget how to do it because you haven't been doing it for a long time.

I wish I could fly, when I wanted to, with nothing stopping me at all, AND I can walk, run, etc whenever I like to. I DON'T have wings so I don't look like a weirdo and this lasts as long as I want. I don't forget how to fly. I can walk.
