This is late, but it looks like it was an oversight. I've changed your trunk poster, so you shouldn't be able to edit it anymore. As for spells/potions, if you need the trunk item, please reach out to a member of staff and they can give it to you!
It's not mandatory to have a list of spells/potions in your encyclopedia, but you would do this in a separate post like others have said. Feel free to reach out to me or a different member of the site's Index team if you have any questions!
