History/Background story:
anfisa was born in the rosis family, one of those old pureblood ones in england. the rosis name is known in the wizarding world for being proper, traditional and proud of their bloodline. they aren’t loud about it but everyone knows they value reputation and control above everything. the family has a big manor in london, filled with old portraits and magical heirlooms from their ancestors.
her father, adrian rosis, works in the ministry in the department of international magical cooperation. he’s very serious and always expects anfisa to act like a true rosis. her mother, eveline rosis, also works there and is known for being calm and elegant but strict. they both believe success comes from discipline, so they raised anfisa to be polite, intelligent and careful about her image.
she didn’t go to a normal school but had private tutors who taught her reading, writing and a bit of history. most of her childhood was quiet, spent reading or walking around the manor gardens. she didn’t have many real friends, just other pureblood kids she saw at family events. when she got her hogwarts letter her parents were proud but not surprised — they always said she was meant for great things

First instance of magic:
When Anfisa was six she was in the garden playing with a small ball. She got frustrated when it rolled into a bush and for a moment she wished it would come back to her. Suddenly the ball bounced out of the bush and landed in her hands. She was surprised and didn’t understand what happened. Her parents explained later that sometimes young witches and wizards can show accidental magic when strong emotions are involved
