@Nancy McLoughlinThe 25 year old History of Magic professor walked into the Hospital Wing for little to no reason. In his right arm, he had a heart shaped box full of dark chocolate with orange filling. His left arm? A pot of yellow chrysanthemum. His back pocket? His wand.
He did not have great plans, but if this beautiful lady could just... kiss him... he could be happy. He could be healed. True love's kiss breaks every curse! That's what they all say right? So maybe he wouldn't need to drink as much or seek love if he could find the right woman for him! Even if he had to go out with multiple throughout the coming weeks.
Maybe he could score an engagement ring from each and every one of them. He spoke loudly, loud enough for his own words to bounce off the lofted ceilings and walls of the room. "Hey pretty girl!" He called, directing his tone towards the School Nurse. "Come here! I got you something!" He walked towards an empty bed and laid the chocolates and flowers down.
Elmo gave her a smile that could be interpreted as sweet and kindhearted, even if his intentions were not. "I do hope you're not married. The last one was a disappointment." He said, recalling how Sarai had a ring for her engagement. He wasn't over the women though. He wanted them more. He wanted to raise kids with them, whether adopted or not! It The thought of raising children together as a family was just something that triggered a soft but happy point in his brain. But, that was not something any of the women would need to know.
No, if they knew, he would be so screwed.

A Man For A Woman
@Nancy McLoughlinThe man only shot her a look that could only imply, shut up. I'm here for you now. I'll be your guardian. Was he being a bit of a creep? Maybe but surely women liked that. Liked how Elmo was acting.
Elmo had to admit, if he were a woman he'd probably like it! But maybe that was just him caught up in his own mindset of lunacy. He reached into his waistband and pulled out a silver flask with a clear liquid inside, indicating it was either water or it was nothing more than just vodka. He unscrewed the cap and met the small mouth to his lips, and drank it. The vodka rushing down his throat, and he stopped the consumption just to pull the flask away from his lips.
"Water?" He winked, implying it was not. "Nancy, my dear. Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?" He sighed. "You think I'm strange. Fine. That's good. Strange men don't lie well." He steps closer, his left arm wrapping around her shoulders. "I don't do flowers. I don't do promises. I protect. I will protect you."
But if it wasn't enough, he'd add, "You don't have to like me McLoughlin. You just need to survive me." He leaned in for a kiss, his eyes closed.

A Man For A Woman
Elmo froze when Nancy's beautifully delicate hands met his face, his lips so close to hers only to be stopped by a palm. For a moment though, he did not move, he remained in the spot with his lips puckered. He did not move, not because he was to be respectful but because his warped, big ego-stocked brain was trying to rewrite the awkward moment into something flattering, something that could.. maybe win the old hag of a Nurse over.
When he thought he got it, something to say, he withdrew and straightened up. "Later," Elmo would only repeat, staring at her as if she had twinkles in her eyes, kindling the butterflies and flames in his stomach, "Of course, Miss McLoughlin. Private conversations are always more... meaningful, aren't they?"
He stepped back half a pace, but only half. He couldn't bare the thought of being away from her. It was almost as if he were tethered to her stunning voice, drop dead beautiful appearance, and he wanted her to be his woman.
"You're embarrassed," Elmo proclaimed, deciding her emotion and announcing it out loud. He glanced at the students in the Wing with a smirk. "I understand. Beauty often comes with modesty." He really should say that he'll wait, but..
He folded his arms, his chin lifted with pride. Misplaced pride, sure but pride nevertheless.
"I'm a patient man, Nancy McLoughlin. I can wait a few seconds."
He braced himself for the hardest slap across his face for not getting the hell out of there, but would it come?
