Pretty simple:
The first player says 'the person below is...' followed by an adjective.
Adjectives are not rude, mean or harmful mentally. You can do a bit of banter but I don't want anyone reporting the person above!

Normally a good adjective will be followed by a lot of people trying to post first, and the opposite!
