The building I live in has monthly kitchen inspections - It's our job to keep it clean and presentable, otherwise the entire apartment gets charged.

I do not want to get fined for mess other people are making. I've left a trail of notes to everyone, warning them that they'll invoke my wrath if we fail this inspection tomorrow.
Ohhh. But they should clean it themselves.
They should... But they've shown no sign of cleaning up after themselves ever since they moved in. Front reception have been told but they don't care :skeptical:

Well, if this inspection goes south, I'm going to try requesting a room change (a studio room if I can help it). I did not spend thousands of pounds in rent just to clean up after people. That's what that summer job was for.
