Theatricity Solo Closed

The silent years had passed on by. It was strange to say that he was already a seventh year. It felt like it had only been a moment since he had first come to Hogwarts feeling broken and ashamed of his wishes to honor Edward in some way. There had never been an opportunity to heal from that before he had once again experienced the loss of someone again. With that, he had been spurred to strive for something greater. Something that would leave his mark in the world. There must be a way to help Muggles without breaking the Statute of Secrecy. The pesky statute would prevent him from ever saving more Edwards in the world it seemed like. There was a strange and beautiful sense of finality to it. There was nothing he could do. All he could perhaps do was live in the muggle world and live among them before they passed. He had been a bit of a fantastical revolutionary in his mind at 11, and now he realised that he could not be a revolutionary. He was only one person in the fob of the world. He would live and die and he would leave nothing worthy. What was he to do? Were wizards right in that the Statute of Secrecy protected them? Perhaps. But there could be so much more if the Muggles were allowed access to some wizarding tools. Car accidents would not be so tragic. There would be less pain. No one had to reveal that this was what they wanted. Just a tiny bit of magic here. A tiny bit of magic there. Why was that not allowed?
