Into the Hogwarts Library
It was her first official day at Hogwarts. classes had ended and she decided to check out the Hogwarts library she had heard all about. As she stepped inside the library she found it was way bigger than she could have ever imagined! bookcases filled with all type of different books stretched as far as she could see, and portraits of witches and wizards watched from the walls. She was totally impressed. She knew right away she could spend hours there, getting lost in all those books.
Wandering around, checking out the different titles, her head was spinning. Would she get lost in this place? She barely knew where anything was. Then, she turned a corner and bam – the restricted section! Everyone talked about it, and she wondered what kind of books were kept there. But no way was she going in; she didn't want to get busted on her first day.
She found a seat at one of the long tables students were sitting at and quietly reading. She sat down and pulled a book from her bookbag. The book was on the history of magic. She sat there and began reading her eyes were glued to the pages, and she could feel herself already getting lost in the pages of the book. She sat there for so long she didn't realize how long she had been sitting there for. She wad entranced by all the new information she was gaining she found all the information so fascinating and she really wanted to know more.

Into the Hogwarts Library
Aisling's bluish-green eyes widened when she stepped into the Library. Her jaw opened slightly when her eyes landed on the gigantic bookshelves that illuminated under the floating candles' soft glow. Considering that she had never seen so many books in one place before, and the fact that Hogwarts' Library had books on subjects that Muggle libraries could never imagine having, it certainly put the library in Limerick to shame. Aisling went directly to the Magizoology section. Sure, she had her textbook, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", but she hoped to find something more specific. As she perused the shelves, Aisling found books on dragons, hippogriffs, and wampuses. She even came across a book on goblin history. Aisling furrowed her ginger eyebrows. Aren't goblins kinda human? she thought. Uncomfortable, Aisling moved past that book. Maybe the librarian wasn't paying attention and just misplaced it.
At the end of the section, Aisling saw rows of study tables. Among them sat another girl who looked about her age. She wore blue and black clothing. A Ravenclaw! Lucky, Aisling thought. She began to walk over to the girl when she froze. Her heart thumped against her chest. Oh God, she thought, what if I say the wrong thing? What if she doesn't like me? She gulped at her thoughts. What if I'm just like how everyone else views Hufflepuffs? Aisling shook her head. No, she thought before any more worry could seep into her brain, you promised yourself you'd do one thing that scares you every day. This is a good place to start. Aisling took in a deep breath and walked over to the Ravenclaw girl. She cleared her throat. "Hey, uh, hi," she mumbled, "what...what uh, what book are you reading?"

She began to walk over to the girl when she froze. Her heart thumped against her chest. Oh God, she thought, what if I say the wrong thing? What if she doesn't like me? She gulped at her thoughts. What if I'm just like how everyone else views Hufflepuffs? Aisling shook her head. Into the Hogwarts Library
Looking up from the book she was reading. not expecting that anyone was going to approach her, she gave a soft smile
"Oh, hello there, my name is Angel."
She lowered her gaze briefly to the cover of her book before turning it slightly so the Hufflepuff could see the title embossed in gold: Hogwarts, A History.
"It's filled with the history of Hogwarts. It's pretty dense, but a fascinating read. I've only heard a few stories about Hogwarts from my parents in just excited. I finally get to learn a bit more about it."
She gestured to an empty seat across from her.
“You can have a seat, if you like. I don’t mind the company. The Library feels a little less intimidating when you’re not on your own.”
She had a sparkle in her eye
"So you're into magical creatures. I heard we don't get to take that class until the third year. all of the subjects offered here seem so fascinating, dont you think? My favorite beast I've heard about would have to be the bowtruckle they're very interesting. Sorry if im babbling it's just that once i get started talking about something that fascinates me, I can't seem to stop. that's something I get from my mom she was also a Ravenclaw."
She had a very curious nature about her. She wasn't sure if the Hufflepuff student would be put off by that, so she was a bit worried
