Writing Back Home Solo Finished

After getting sorted into her house, getting to meet and chat with her house mates the other day. It was early in the morning and she wanted to write to her brother and family before she had to start classes. Karimes brother had always told her about the owlery but she was amazed at all the owls. She didn't know which ones were students own pets owls and which were the schools but luckily the owls would make a soft noise if they were a students owl.

She find an owl and raise the letter so it can grab it with its talon. She looks at the bird with a smile. Karime always had a fascination with animals. She strokes its head a bit and giggle. "This must be a lot of work huh. Having to travel miles every day just to send letters. Promise this will get to my brother at work". She says as she wonder if the owl can really understand her. Sometimes she would talk to animals they had at her house. Her brother would tell her that some can have a way with animals and that he felt that with Karime.

Hope you are doing well and wanted to let you know I got sorted into Ravenclaw!!! Just like mom and loving it so far. I was able to make a friends who is in my dorm and its amazing the school. Just like you told me it would be. I hope you're doing well and just wanted to update you before I have to head to class tomorrow. I don't know how to tell you this but the sorting hat did tell me it saw me in Slytherin. I had a feeling I would be put into the house with what it was saying and kind of worries me. Im just glad to be in this and don't want you to worry. Also the train was nice too. I was writing in my journal and had people come stay and chat with me. My journal is going to be my friend of course as it always has been hehe. Tell mom and dad that I love them. I was going to send a letter to them too but thought I could just put it into one letter. I will keep you guys updated with anything else that happen and miss you guys already

The owl takes the letter and starts flying away. Karime hopes that her brother won't miss her too much and her parents but she knows its more of her hoping she doesn't miss them two much while she is here as this is the first time she has been away from home on her own
