Hey Vi! On September 23rd, there's an event at the ballroom. It will be set up for a quiet afternoon with games and hanging out. I know sounds boring BUT there's a catch: no talking! It's for International Sign Language Day, so we’ll have to communicate without our voices. I learnt BSL to grow up since a few children at the muggle school which I attended before Hogwarts couldn't speak. Do you know BSL? If not, don't worry! They'll give us a sheet with the BSL alphabet, and Professor Sauber will be there to teach some signs. Thought it might be fun to check it out but I didn't want to go alone so I decided to invite you! I hope you'll be able to come. Here's the poster to look out for near the ballroom:

So glad to hear from you! I hope you're doing okay. The event actually sounds fun. Non-verbal communication but games? I'm excited to see how it all unfolds. I never knew you know how to communicate in BSL, that's very interesting. You should teach me, I have never communicated in sign language but it'll be a fun thing to learn! I'm looking forward to it! It’s so lovely to hear from you too! I’m doing well, thanks for asking. I hope you’re doing okay too. I’m so glad you're excited about the event! It means a lot. Honestly, I think it’s going to be a really fun challenge, and I’m curious to see how everyone finds new ways to “talk” without saying a word.
I learned BSL years ago at my muggle school. Some of the students there couldn’t speak, including my best friend, Luna. So, over time, BSL has become like a second language. We should totally practice together. It’s honestly such a beautiful and expressive language. I’ll save you a spot next to me. See you soon!
