2 other people only, please, also you just fell for that title)
Annabelle munched on a candy bar. She had brought a few from home but they would be soggy very soon- heck, she was surprised that they weren’t already soggy. This one was a Hershey’s, and she had one more to go before she would go to bed. It was maybe 8:30 pm, and after this, Annabelle would read for a bit and bed and then go to sleep.
Not that she was eager to go to bed. Last night, Anna had this weird dream about being sorted into Gryffindor but sitting at the Slytherin table. And then all the Hufflepuffs arrived with paintball guns and starting killing all of the Slytherins, and then the Ravenclaw came in on giant lions and crushed the Hufflepuffs. After waking up in a cold sweat, Annabelle had finally gone back to sleep but the dreams weren’t much better. She’d dreamed of a bunch of llamas riding on giant lion-raven hybrids.
Annabelle took a deep inhale of breath. HOLY- I did not mean to say that out loud. She’d just narrated her dreams without meaning to. At least she was in the abandoned toilets. And who was ever in there?
Evidently someone was, as Annabelle heard a bit of scuffling behind her. Crap.

“Interesting dream, huh?” Lily asked her friend, standing near her as she held her book bag in one arm, smiling, taking in her friend’s appearance. She sat down beside her friend, pulling out her Astronomy homework that she just needed to double check before handing it into Professor Equinox. She looked over the homework, and her work on the planets, her interest dulling after completing her homework.
“I just need to fix some spelling mistakes...” Lily said, looking at the homework and using her quill to cross out some words and rewrite them. She paused, looking at a difficult word, before glancing back at her books and rewriting a word after looking at them. She paused, before closing the parchment and placing it back into her bag, making sure it won’t be crinkled.
“Homework’s a bit hard, isn’t it? Some of the stuff can only be found in the library and it’s so hard to get in there when it’s quiet. Have you had any classes done yet?” Lily asked, looking at Annabelle.
Lily looked at her homework results, thinking about the average of her homework, which was Exceeds Expectations. She didn’t realise she’d get good marks, but Transfiguration brought her down from a Outstanding average. Transfiguration was her favourite subject, but she sucked at it.

Annabelle sighed. “I like astronomy, hate defense against the dark arts, like potions and charms. Transfiguration is hard but I still like it alright.” She looked at Lily. “Astronomy? Cool.”
“Spelling. I’m not bad at it but I’m not great.” She grinned. “Average.”
“I’ve done potions and astronomy but I have homework for all of them. So much!” Annabelle took a quill and piece of paper out of her back. “May as well start somewhere...” She sighed and started to write. “I learned my first spell today in charms! The tickling charm. It can be used for dueling.” She gave Lily a grin.
Annabellle flipped her paper over and continued to scribble at a breakneck pace. “History of Magic. It’s much more interesting than muggle history. Muggles call it social studies.” She frowned. “Although social studies sounds like studying social classes rather than history. I always wondered about that.”
She hadn’t turned any homework in yet. Why couldn’t the answers be in the lesson? Who had time to go to the library? A rhetorical question, but all the same. You had classes all day, and after that no one ever wanted to study. Then again Anna wasn’t quite the stereotype of a Ravenclaw.

“Tickling charm? I didn’t learn that?” Lily questioned, looking at her friend as she wondered why they did different lessons. Perhaps they just had different lessons. “I learnt the Dancing Feet Charm.”
Lily paused, looking at her friend, smiling. “I remember Social Studies. I remember my teacher always used to yell at us for sleeping. I found it interesting, but I preferred the one term that I learnt about mythology. Much better then Norwegian history.”
Lily fiddled with her quill, looking towards the other girl. “I like writing stories. My spelling may be bad but my stories are ok. It’s a good change to be able to write something that the teachers can’t control. When we do creative writing at muggle school it sucks because there’s no reason to give a prompt that you have to do. It’s harder to write that way.”
Lily liked muggle school. She made friends, however her few friends knew she was moving away when she moved, and she barely talks to them. She mainly chats to them through letters, as her ‘boarding school’ didn’t use technology. She missed Norway, however, England was fun and she enjoyed spending time with the other witches and wizards.

Grace enters the bathroom for her 4th time, her dirty blonde hair was up in a ponytail. Grace noticed two girls, one in her house and the other in Slytherin "𝙾𝚑, 𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚘 𝙸 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊𝚋𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚂𝚘𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕 𝚂𝚝𝚞𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚜, 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝙼𝚞𝚐𝚐𝚕𝚎 𝚋𝚘𝚛𝚗 𝚘𝚛 𝙷𝚊𝚕𝚏-𝙱𝚕𝚘𝚘𝚍? Grace moved her hair out of her face and looked up to the Ravenclaw girl "𝚈𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚎𝚜 𝙰𝚗𝚗𝚊𝚋𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚎 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝?" she asked "𝚈𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚒𝚗 𝚖𝚢 𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚎" Grace was thinking of muggle school now, she remembered being the top student there, she remembered getting so mad that she made a student fly, if it wasn’t for that then Grace would be at her muggle school.
Grace wondered if Pure-bloods went to muggle school when the weren’t at Hogwarts. Grace checked her watch and stood up "9:00, 𝚠𝚎'𝚍 𝚋𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚐𝚎𝚝 𝚐𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚐" but Grace didn’t feel like going to her common room.
