Outdo Yourself!!! Open

Ruby determinedly looked at the tree she was aiming at. No one, not even her parents, closest friends, or relatives knew that she was a very skilled archer. But Ruby was actually a very skilled archer for her age. With this bow and arrow, I will protect, defend myself, and freely flow, she said firmly. She let the arrow go. It hit the middle of the tree’s trunk. Okay. That’s good. But, still. I need to outdo myself. She squinted a little bit. The wind was blowing into her face and it irritated her eyes. Ruby removed the arrow from the tree trunk and put it back into its quiver. Again. With this bow and arrow, I will protect, defend myself, and freely flow. She shot it again, this time, the arrow firmly hit an apple on the leaves. Oh no. HOW CAN I GET IT? But archers don’t flee. They try to make it right. And I will. With that, she ran to the tree, put her arms and legs around the trunk, and attempted to climb. I’d probably break a bone, but I don’t care. It will be worth it!!!!!!!!! She hesitantly looked around from the trunk. She was a little less than halfway through. I hope no one sees. I don’t want to get in trouble. She determinedly climbed upwards. I can do it, she muttered to herself. She reached out for the apple and successfully grabbed it. However, she fell to the ground when she did so. Ouch, she muttered as she lay, spread-eagled on the grass.
