Via an application in the registration forum. You have to have a reason for becoming one, and it's harder to get once you've began roleplaying because you already create your character's story. It's something people usually apply for when they're working on getting indexed.

A little off topic for bean hunting, but for you, since you're already indexed, you would need to find a willing werewolf character and come up with a super believable story for why your character gets bitten. If Index approves the story, then you'd roleplay it and one of our Admins would change your site permissions to be able to access the Shrieking Shack. You would also lose five stat points; and you would lose ability slots for years 1, 3, 5, and 7. Those are taken up by werewolf abilities.

Sadly, the bean was no longer there, so even I didn't get it!
