I carried my books into the library and dumped them at a desk. It's for History of Magic and I had been assigned to do a dual assignment with Elisa. Someone I sort of knew. Her name has definitely came up a few times. We agreed to meet in the library. By that I mean I asked her to meet in the library and she replied with a slight move of her head which I assumed meant yes. Why didn't just talk? I don't know. So here we are in the library, waiting for my partner.
History of Magic involved a lot of writing and memorising. Too much in fact. Also a lot of the history we learned often involved muggles or wizards doing some stupid or messed up things. Both had their fair share of disgusting actions but in my opinion the wizards have evolved far worse. In the muggle world there's not much racism anymore but most purebloods still have a similar mindset to Medieval times. The assignment was about the Wizards Council. It's not the worst thing to talk about. Nothing too bad comes up. I wrote the title on the parchment. My eyes wandered around the room looking for Elisa. Still no sign of her. If she doesn't come soon, I'm going back to the common room. I am
not doing the project by myself.
