First Astronomy Lesson Jailhouse Rock pv Ellie Soluna

Ally Craig woke up this morning very excited as it was her very first Astronomy lesson and she wanted to be punctual, so she got up out of bed put on her school robes and headed off to breakfast.
She interacted with Blanca and Elizabeth while she ate conversing in small talk and asking them how they felt about today's Astronomy class?
Ally Craig told them she just couldn't sit still because excitement and nervousness was both bursting out of her very soul.
Ally told Blanca that if breakfast didn't finish soon she was afraid that they would be late to class,
So Ally stuffed her face with all the chocolate pudding that she could handle at one time, she all but ran back to the common room to brush her teeth touch up her hair.
Ally flew out of the common room so fast that people in the common room could have sworn it was a torpedo, rocket or even a flying missile.
Ally in her haste to get to the Astronomy Tower she knocked people down and threw an apology here and an apology there she just couldn't believe it Astronomy class was finally here and she just couldn't wait to prove herself an excellent witch..........

Ellie was nervous as ever. Her first Astronomy lesson, a topic she had never excelled in. Her toast felt like cardboard in her stomach, and her mouth felt uncharacteristically dry. Waking up that morning had been tough; her eyes hadn't wanted to open. She rubbed the sleep from her eyes even now as she walked to the Astronomy Tower. The halls were packed with students rushing about, and Ellie cringed each time someone bumped into her or walked too slowly in front of her. She hugged her books closer to her chest, her knuckles whitening as she tried to steady her breath. The tower seemed impossibly far away, the spiral staircase looming in her mind like a mountain she wasn’t quite sure she could climb. She swallowed hard, shifting her gaze to the tall windows as she passed. The early morning light filtered through, casting long ribbons of gold across the stone floors. It was beautiful, and for a moment she forgot to be nervous, distracted by the way the beams caught in the dust and made the air shimmer. The rest of her journey to the classroom was much more peaceful, up until the moment another first-year barreled into her, just a couple of feet from the entry stairs.

Upon entering the Astronomy Classroom Ally realized she barreled into another first-year who is Hufflepuff House, so Ally quickly checked the time. she saw that she had plenty time to spare so she went back the way she had come stopping right in front of the girl whose books was still scattered all over the floor a couple feet away from the entry stairs themselves. Ally saw that the girl was nervous, so she bent down and started picking up the girl's books and gave them to the girl. Ally had noticed the girl had very shaky hands when she retrieved the books from her.
So Ally did what she did best showed off her friendly smile, stretched out her to help the girl up and introduced herself saying, Hello my name is Ally Craig and I am a first year Ravenclaw, I am so terribly sorry for barreling into you and knocking you and your precious books down, I am usually not in a hurry to get to classes but today my nerves just got the best of me and caused me to be all fidgety and jittery so I was in a rush trying to see if anything would settle or calm this turmoil that I feel inside.
You seem to be like me trying to make your mark in this school and wanting to do things the right way.

Ellie blinked up at the Ravenclaw girl, still a little stunned from the impact and clutching the stack of books Ally had just helped gather. Her cheeks burned pink as she quickly pushed her hair out of her face. She thought it was incredibly sweet that the girl had come back to help.
“Thank you,” Ellie said, her voice barely above a whisper.
She took the offered hand and let Ally help her to her feet, though she had to tighten her grip on the books to hide the trembling in her fingers. Ally’s bright smile was so unshakable that Ellie felt a strange flutter of reassurance. The girl’s words spilled out fast—apologies, nerves, excitement—and somehow, Ellie found herself smiling back despite the knot still heavy in her chest.
“It’s okay,” Ellie murmured, her lips curving into the faintest smile.
“I'm nervous too, I've never been very good at Astronomy.”
She hugged her books closer, then added, a little shyly, “I’m Ellie Soluna. First-year Hufflepuff. And… well, you’re right. I do want to do things the right way. I just—” she bit her lip, hesitating, then admitted, “I don't really know what the right way is.”
The tension in her shoulders eased just a little as she thought: maybe this wasn’t the worst way to start after all. Maybe she could make friends with Ally.

Ally told Ellie you can just stick with me and we can figure out the right way of doing things around here together whenever you need help don't hesitate to ask me and I will see what I can help you with if anything, we could go to the library together, walk around Hogwarts.
I will tell you one thing for certain I will not give up until we solve whatever problem we have come across and we will face it together.
Because that is what a true is and does. A true friend will always be there for one another in their time of need.
No matter what I will be there for you, in respect to Astronomy I may not excel in the subject but I know enough to understand how the solar system works but I may need a little more explaining when it comes to adding magic to it that is where I am going to get a little stuck.
But all in all I hoping for an amazing and wonderful, magical and fantastical first year at Hogwarts.
I hoping to learn everything I can about this magical world and making tons of friends hopefully not so many enemies along the way.
But You Ellie are amazing!

Ellie’s eyes widened at Ally’s words, and she felt something warm spread through her chest that pushed the anxiety back, at least for the moment. Ally’s voice was so earnest, so full of belief that Ellie couldn’t help but believe it too—at least a little.
“You… you really think I’m amazing?” Ellie asked softly, her lips twitching upward as though the very thought was almost too much for her to take in. She ducked her head, cheeks pinking again, but this time the color wasn’t from embarrassment—it was from the strange little spark of happiness lighting up inside her. Ellie hugged her books tighter, though her hands had stopped trembling quite as much.
“I’d like that. To go to the library together. And maybe walk around the castle, if you don’t mind me being a bit slow sometimes. Everything still feels so… big.” She looked around at the tall stone walls, at the staircases twisting endlessly above, before her gaze fell back to Ally.
“But maybe it won’t feel so overwhelming with a friend.” The words felt fragile on her tongue, but saying them out loud made them real. She smiled, shy but genuine.
“I’m glad I met you, Ally. Even if it was a bit of a mess.” Ellie gave a tiny laugh, surprising herself with how easy it was to let it out. She shifted her books against her chest, nodding toward the spiral stairs.
“Should we go up? Before we both get in trouble for being late to our very first Astronomy lesson?” Ellie’s stomach fluttered again, but this time, it wasn’t just nerves. It was hope.

Yes, we probably should, I would hate to get in trouble on our first Astronomy lesson and be put on the blacklist of students who do not comply with punctuality. As Ally walked up the rest of the stairs that lead to the top of the Astronomy Tower, she was asking Ellie simple Questions about how she found she was a witch and what was her first reaction, or did she always know that she was one?
Ally told Ellie that she had freaked out and almost passed out twice when her mom had told that she was a witch but, in the end, she had accepted it and was excited to finally be able to come to Hogwarts to learn more about witchcraft and wizardry. Ally had finally made it back to the entrance of the Astronomy classroom and found seat where she could sit and listen to the lesson, and as it happened there was two seats beside each other one for her and for Ellie if she wanted to take and if she wanted to sit beside her or if she had other friends within her house that she wanted to sit beside. Ally was secretly hoping that she would pick the seat beside her though since Ally wasn't picky about friends she was just happy to a new friend like Ellie.
Luckily the professor hadn't arrived yet so this made Ally happy that she wasn't late on her first lesson of the year.

Ellie followed close behind Ally up the winding staircase, careful not to trip over her own robes as she listened. Ally’s questions tumbled out one after another, and though Ellie was nervous at first, she found herself relaxing as she answered in her quiet, thoughtful way.
“I didn’t always know,” Ellie admitted, her voice soft but steady as they climbed. “My family is pure-blooded, but I was always scared that I was a Squib. I remember once, I was scared of the dark, and my night lamp flickered brighter on its own. I thought maybe I had just imagined it.” She gave a small shrug, hugging her books tighter. “When my letter came, I was so relieved and excited. My dad didn't care too much. But my mum…” She hesitated, her eyes flickering to the stone steps under her feet.
“She was super proud. She bought all my stuff for this year.” By the time they reached the classroom door, Ellie’s cheeks were flushed, not from embarrassment this time, but from the effort of sharing something that felt so personal. She felt lighter, though, like maybe Ally’s easy confidence was rubbing off on her. Inside, the Astronomy classroom was just as Ellie had imagined: tall, arched windows spilling pale morning light across rows of desks, and a ceiling that seemed impossibly high, as if it were stretching toward the heavens themselves. She paused in the doorway, her breath catching in her chest at the sight. When Ally slipped into one of the empty seats and glanced at her hopefully, Ellie hesitated for only a moment. She scanned the room; other Hufflepuffs were sitting together, chatting softly, but somehow her feet carried her toward Ally instead. She sat down beside her, setting her books carefully on the desk.
“Is it okay if I sit here?” Ellie said with a shy smile, tilting her head just enough so Ally would know she meant it. She lowered her voice, almost conspiratorial.
“You can cheat off me if you want.” Ellie straightened her parchment and quills as she waited, her heart thudding a little faster than usual. Not just from nerves about the lesson, but from the small, exciting truth forming in her mind: she wasn’t starting Hogwarts alone after all.

Ally Craig couldn't believe her ears when Ellie had told Ally about how Ellie came to find out she was witch, this of course made Ally glad that Ellie trusted her with a secret like that and Ally would prove herself worthy of such confidence and trust. They entered the classroom, and Ally found a seat close to the Professor's desk and sat down the classroom, was just as Ally had imagined something from one of Astronomy books would look like complete and utter amazement shone from Ally's eyes.
Ally Craig glanced up at Ellie when she asked if she could sit there beside Ally, at this question Ally's heart began to flutter from complete happiness that a girl as sweet, thoughtful, shy and amazing as Ellie would choose to sit with Ally a mere Ravenclaw student instead of Ellie's fellow Hufflepuff housemates. Ally noticed Ellie putting her books and quill down and as Ellie was doing this Ally realized she still haven't given this amazing girl a answer, so Ally blinked a couple of times like if she had been brought out of some daze and told Ellie of course it will bring great pleasure if you sat beside me, and as far as cheating off of you goes I'd rather not get in trouble with the Professor but we can share notes if you'd like instead. Ally was grateful things was making a turn for the better for Ally she was finally making some new friends and wouldn't feel lonely anymore... Hopefully things at Hogwarts would be better with Ellie by Ally's side.

Ellie let out a tiny laugh at Ally’s response, soft but genuine, the kind of laugh that slipped out before she could second-guess it. The knot of nerves in her chest loosened another fraction as she adjusted her parchment so it lined neatly with the edge of the desk.
“Okay, we can share notes,” she whispered back, her lips curving into a shy grin.
“Although I write like shit. You might not even be able to read mine.” Her voice softened even more as she added, almost to herself, “But… thank you for letting me sit here.” Ellie glanced around the classroom again, her wide eyes drinking in every detail, the windows spilling light across the stone floor, the great blackboard covered in chalk-drawn star charts, even the faint scent of ink and dust that clung to the old wooden desks. She could already imagine the late-night lessons under the sky, telescopes pointed upward, and for the first time that day, her excitement began to rise above her nerves. She turned back to Ally, fiddling absently with the end of her quill.
“Do you want to be friends?” she said, as though she was testing the words out loud for the first time. Her gaze flickered down for a moment before she looked up again, cheeks tinged pink.
“You seem really nice.” The words hung between them, fragile but hopeful. Ellie didn’t know what the Astronomy professor would be like, or how difficult the subject might prove for her, but one thing was certain: she didn’t feel nearly as alone as she had when she’d first climbed the tower stairs.
She leaned closer to Ally, whispering with a touch of mischief, “And we can get up to all sorts of trouble together.” Her lips twitched into a small, conspiratorial smile, the kind that promised she was beginning to feel safe enough to let her true self peek through.
