Picnic by the Blake Lake
Anyone who wants to is free to join!
Isabella sat by the lake, her light brown hair flowing around her back, the breeze whispering secrets along the water. Bella had her picnic blanket laying out with her basket and food on top of it.
There were a few sandwiches, mini brownies, and smoothies all laying out on the blanket. Bella picked up her smoothie and took a sip. She then leaned back on the picnic blanket. "This is nice." She whispered to herself.
She thought about all the people she had met, like Aaron, Lydia, and Simon. They were all so nice. She was grateful to meet new people, and some new friends. She was shy around them at first, but she had worked up the courage to actually talk to them!
Isabella's hair whipped around in the breeze, and she smiled. She was sure to find more friends in the year to come, and she loved her house and housemates.
Bella's dorm mates, Lydia, Riley, and the other members, were all awesome. They were kind and respectful. Isabella didn't think she'd ever think of another place as home, but she realized that she did think of Hogwarts as her second home. It was home!
