i would like to flesh out icarus’ relationships a bit. friends, foes, and harmless little infatuations are always welcome. i would love icarus to develop a close friendship with another student (bonus points if the relationship started out as rivals/the other person is muggle-born). relationships existing pre-hogwarts, i.e. childhood friends or distant family, are also encouraged as well. expect icarus to be the ‘dad friend’ of the group lmao.

although icarus is a jack of many trades, dancing has always been the bane of his existence. with his family’s annual winter ball approaching, the lad is determined to learn a few dance steps before returning to the sable manor for the winter holiday. desperate, he searches for the perfect dance partner who is patient enough to indure exhausting repetition. an invitation to the ball would be offered as well, if wanted.

...a snowy expedition

icarus and another first-year student (or perhaps a group) explore the hogwart’s grounds after last night’s snowfall blankets the ground. they find a pond to skate on and perhaps have a snowballl fight or two before heading back. unfortunately, a blizzard begins just as they were halfway back to hogwarts. forced to take shelter for the time-being, the trapped students use the time to get to know each other a little more.

RPG Storyline: Honestly, I'm just looking for new friends (or rivals or whatever else) for Asteria? I'm down for most plotlines really, so throw anything that you think might be fun my way. Asteria has a bit of a chip on her shoulder, and a lot of misdirected confusion/anger towards purebloods/pureblood politics, but is simultaneously fascinated by the magical world, so if anything with that sounds interesting let me know.  
Alternatively, Asteria's winter break has been strange, to say the least (don't you just love learning more about your family's secrets?), so having someone to work that out with might be really great.
Additional Info: If you have any plot ideas please let me know! I tend to respond quicker on Discord (dear lady disdain#8105) than owls, so just a heads up on that (but you can message me on either ). Also, hit me up if you're someone that likes long game plotting, because that is my absolute jam.

Taste of Victory: Emma has always cheated without guilt, at least when she knows she can get away with it. Win by any means necessary goes the common saying. What a better way to put her sneakiness to the test by playing a game of chess with a younger student? After all, it's not cheating unless you get caught.

Frozen In Fear: It's winter again, another fresh bed of snow has fallen, and the lake has frozen once again. Ice skating is fun and all, but Emma's just not having it. She's watched too many movies to know that many things could go wrong, and the things they don't show, she's already imagined. In need of someone to pull her out on the ice, quite literally, she cautiously watches the skaters, waiting for something to go wrong.

Frosty the Fishy - Building snowmen are so overrated, why not spice things up and make something that actually exists like a fish or even a caterpillar? Emma needs a friend to make snow animals with to soothe her boredom

Slip N' Slide: Everything’s slick! Not even magic could prevent mother nature’s wrath from storming in on Hogwarts, at least that's what she assumed. As a student slips a falls, maybe they take another student down with them. To the hospital wing!

Additional info: The plots are pretty short because I didn't want to push the plot into a certain direction. Winter threads are the best, so if you have an idea, owl me!

Oh!! And I probably should have put this at the beginning, but I'm trying to increase my word count to 500-750 words, but if that seems like pain on the eyes, don't worry, I adapt my amount to whoever I'm RPing with. So just let me know!

Your RPG storyline idea:
You have made a book/painting/drawing etc something creative and Airlia finds it by accident. She decides to find the maker (you) and return the art and becomes a big fan of your work. This would work exceptionally good if it were a book of your writing since Airlia could read it and obsess over it for days and ask for additional information on the characters etc. This could be super fun and you would gain a fan while at it.

Your RPG storyline idea:
For some unexplainable reason, we start to share dreams. We appear to each other in dreamland and become friends there, talking and going on strange dream adventures with dinosaurs and dragons and whatnot. We try to find each other during the day but it takes us a few days before we bump into each other. This one might be a little longer, but despite the strange plot, this could be something super fun and creative!

Two students find a strange scroll that appears to be a treasure map. It has writings in a secretive ancient language and these students seek out someone that can read it. The third student that is one of the last to understand this language deciphers the scroll for us and the three of us seek the treasure out together. The translator has been found for this thread! But we can choose what the treasure is together.
